I just realized I am completely and thoroughly empty. Not only am I empty, I'm also absolutely nothing. Not just nothing, i am the source of nothingness itself. I am that I am.
" I know I don't exist " well, to know that wouldn't you have to exist to know that? " you think you exist " well, since thinking depends on you " BEING " thinking is something that which exist, which is you, is doing. Descartes said, " I think, therefore I am. But if you were to reverse that statement it reads, " I am, therefore I think. " I know that I don't exist " and " you think you exist " both of those statements just end up being a conundrum.
You have to understand this speech along with an understanding of Hinduism and the Brama. He's basically saying your ego does not exist because youre God playing an act. This Hindu saying captures what's being communicated: "nobody suffers besides the godhead"
What you refer as I is just an accumulation of memory that is playing out, there is nothing inside of you. When you choose to drink it wasnt you that choose but the accumulated memory of your body
@@Giannantonio83 I exist, and to know that you exist you have to be conscious that you exist, it is this knowing that you " be " or " am " that is the self. Memories just flow along the stream of consciousness
Descartes was wrong. I think therfore I am. Is rubbish. This is not knowing. You cant say for certain you exsist, neither that you think. Somethink is conciuoss there are thoughts, doesn't mean they are yours, doesn't even mean you exsist. Something exsist, conciusness exsist. That is true knowladge.
Is consciousness a requirement of existence? Do plants not exist because they don't have a thinking brain? Most insects can't perceive the world we can see and are basically simple automated programs that live small insignificant lives, even though they have a greater positive impact on the planet than we do. Do they not exist? It is because you exist, because your functioning brain grew to it's relatively proper size, that you are able to think the way you do. Your genetics have put you on a level of thinking ability that no other creature on the planet has. If you had not this brain, or if parts of it were malfunctioning, you would not be able to think like you do, but you'd still exist. Feeling every sweet or bitter second of existence in a much different capacity.
If there is no "self"/self, then what does it mean to be "authentic"/authentic? Is an "authentic self," therefore, simply a contradiction in terms? If ontology doesn't exist in the yogic system, then is authenticty only tied to actions -- not to being -- as the French Existentialists posited?
May be that "being" "selfless" -- just being -- is authentic. Being w/o self is authenticity. Authenticity isn't then experienced, but is an egoless, selfless state, undeniably existing in a body, but frictionless, nothing to seek or hope to experience, already experiencing, ship's capt relived of his taught duties, experiencing authentically, body and soul registering the trip as an odometer must count miles, while brain, always ready to rumble, ready to take the reins, ready to take credit, ready to take the bull by the horns, takes a backseat. Being as already experiencing, nothing to do, already authentically happening. Step into wheelhouse, step into bullshit, horns in yr hands, self thinking it needs to wrestle to be authentic?
i am exist as eternity, as everything, sadhguru don't exist, he's just a little piece of mirage
This is possibly the deepest and most poetic Answer he's ever given to a question.
For those of you who to have a much better understanding of what he is saying should go read the rammaana
This was the best explanation I've EVER heard.
This is scary and freeing at the same time

NO THING EXIST WITHOUT THE OTHER THING INVOLVED 2 EVOLVE DISSOLVES CONFLICTING SENSORY NEEDS SORCERY..👌🏾
I much preferred if 'my problems' didn't exist instead
You are your problems
They don't
