I'm not 100% sure, but that sauce looks like yuzu kosho, which is a fermented chili and yuzu citrus peel condiment (it tastes sooo good on grilled meats).
I LOVE the little red and blue sketches, but turbo drawings won my heart.

Ahhh, yes I thought it might have Yuzu in it (I originally tried it with Udon). And YASSS! I'm so glad you liked the "turbo drawings" they were a lot of fun - not sure about their name though! Haha x x x

AHHH Nara is at the top of my MUST VISIT list if I ever visit Japan!!! Haha I've seen vlogs where people just toss the biscuits away after getting surrounded by deers! Love the red & blue deers!

cherylsaurus it's scary when they come for you! Especially when they have antlers!!! Although it is lots of fun to sit amongst them!! I think it's better when you don't have the biscuits and you just sit with them - they aren't crazed !
