This farm is quite the operation. Amazing how their grain leg can keep up with truck after truck. Extremely productive for sure. Appreciate your time Mike.
5:25 Wow, what modern technology! This corn harvesting agricultural machine not only saves time and effort, but also helps farmers increase productivity for the following purposes. Unexpectedly, the development of agricultural machinery could create such a big breakthrough. For those of you who have used it, I would like to ask for some experience. Is it the same as the video?
I am a black woman in South africa. I love agriculture so much. I enjoy watching your videos. I wish that black farmers in South africa can reach this level of farming. You are doing awesome work. God bless you more
As someone watching from the US • Watching your videos Mike makes it easy to understand our ‘Go big or go home’ mantra • It’s good to see all the 🚜 operators working together to get the job done efficiently - loads of resources and excellent management & preventative maintenance in place here • Watching harvest videos from countries like India show just how well things are still being done here in the US by comparison • A great example for businesses and government leaders to see how things can be done well • Thanks so very much for posting and sharing! All the best and God Bless. 🙏❤🇺🇸
This is one of the most thorough views of a corn harvest that I have ever seen . Mike I am amazed at your ability to encompass the from morning to evening process of harvest. Great intensity is expressed on the screen with all these wonderful harvest machines that work in concert to produce a great harvest. Hats off to the amazing crews and the mechanics that keep it up and running. Great job Farmhand Mike. This is probably your best work yet. Thank you!
This is very enjoying and relaxing. I love it. I was raised up like this on a very small-scale. We had John Deere, 4020 1066ih. And 95R. 7700 and 403ih You did a very good job. Thank you for letting us hear the engines roar
Thanks Mike, great shots and editing. Appreciate including the grain handling equipment and aspects on keeping everything running. Minimum of 13 people just to operate the moving machinery with the granary only a mile away.
Third World Countries that can duplicate this farm operations, won't have any problems feeding its own people. Truly amazing videos of Sir Mike !....😍😍😍
That AG plane was flying dangerously low. As a helicopter pilot, I can tell you the FAA would not be happy!! Had he smacked the drone, that could have been all bad. Really great video!! Even though I love helicopters, I still find it awesome to watch those combines..all the incredible engineering!!
The grain bin site is larger than our two previous grain sites in Mercer County NJ. Agway and the old Scheidler (Tindall) places. In Mercer County we have replaced growing crops to growing people thanks to Toll Brothers, and all of the other developers.
that would drive a truck driver crazy tryin to keep up with that. good thing they not haven to use a old crankem to start tractor on a grain auger, and a old dodge tandem box truck lol. and i thought i was moven keepen up to 2 combines lol.
Cool video Mike. I think you worked at the same place my grandfather, and later, my father, bought their New Idea Uni Harvesters. My grandfather's gas model burnt up in the late 80's my dad bought a diesel model to replace it in the late 80s, early 90's. I remember having the picker, chopper, combine as well as the grass, corn and grain head. We mostly chopped grass and corn and picked corn. I only remember using the combine for soybeans and oats a couple times. We also had Decker forage wagons that were quite old when I started running wagons. I remember them being very smooth and quiet.
Love ya Mike! Without question, you create the best farm equipment videos on RUclips. Love the voice-overs, too. However, the narration on your opening sequence contains some of the most awkward prose I’ve ever heard “…widest variety and definitely the most versatile…” Yikes. (Nicely oblique employer plug, though!) Great work!
Quite the operation they have going on there. Between the combines, tractors running grain cart, and the semi’s, they sure make it look easy and smooth. Amazing footage, Mike. Always appreciate it. How’d you like running that X9? Was that your first time running one?
Awesome video Mike, if at all possible could you spend a little time explaining those Bins and silo systems a little more for those of us a little less knowledgeable just kinda curious how it all interconnects and dries and so forth , just a thought sir thanks
Yow Mike, thanks for another impressive video from ya. I must admit I have buzzed a neat formation of combines cutting wheat once in my aircraft, both ways, towards them and from behind them. Kinda risky with all them pesky little droners nowadays. A big no no landing in corn stubble as it would be hard on the tires and also make for a long take-off run. Anyway, those JD combines should have at least 16 row 'well-hung' heads-😊on their snouts making for less compacted tracks across the field.
Thanks, They plant with a 24 row planter so 12 row headers match up better. Plus the 12 row folding head folds into a width close to the width of the combine which makes transport easier down the road. A 16 row folding head is borderline for getting down the road.
@@farmhandmike Thanks for your reply. I always enjoy watching your videos and pass the links to them on to others. As the saying goes, 'go big or go home' and that also relates to progress.
Great video Mike! lots of good shots and tons of info to be gleaned. Is this corn field at least 320 acres? They might have moved 5 million pounds of corn . . wow!
The equipment is nice, but I’ll have to say, I liked looking at the size of that field!!! That’s a big beautiful field of corn rite there, I’d love to know how many acre’s that is? Great video!!!
I live down the street from this farm. They have a nice set up. Question….are the X9’s really that more productive compared to a s790 or comparable s series? Just curious in the real world if the productivity justifies the cost?
By any scale this is incredibly efficient. Imagine cultivating and cropping this area back when with either horses or the old popping John size tractors. it's not that many years since 1,2 and the BIG 4 row pickers were being used and the international box trucks!! . I find that odd the duster came through and that he was dumping a product onto crops that were being harvested !?.
By the way, if the FAA sees this vid, that guy is toast. It’s def an ag plane, it would be fine if he was applying product to an empty field. But like you said, bad things could have happened.
Fantastic capture of this triple X9 harvest operation! Crazy about catching the plane buzz pass! How does the 'nearby flight operations' warning work - is it based on flight plans or is there some automatic detection? If the pilot switched to stealth mode, that makes someone wonder about it.
A9's get 400 bushel in the tank in a hurry! Almost to the point of having a semi just stay with the combine - leave the boom out and on. Like they do with a big silage chopper.
20:40 it appears that only one of the 2 dryers is operational, the one on the left, bottom center of the shot. It seems the one, taller, on the right is brand new and is not yet connected to the legs.

Utilizing modern agricultural machinery reduces reliance on manual labor and enhances the health and safety of workers.🎉😊❤
My favorite video yet. A few million dollars worth of equipment running at high production. They absolutely had it going perfect.
It’s amazing to see that these combines harvest almost as fast as they can unload. Props to the cart drivers for keeping up and managing the circus.

The farm is still in the boy here . Been retired for 7 years from working in forest industry. I could watch this all day long. Excellent job Mike
You don't see three X9 combines in one field everyday😉👍 awesome video👍👍
Idk what is more impressive the amount of machinery and semis running or the fact they can find enough help to keep it all running!
I find the John Deer tractors are very nice machines❤
Nice doesn’t cut it
Mike, all of your stuff is excellent. This was no exception. So good!!!!

The Engineering behind these agricultural machines is AMAZING.
In fact one of my bucket list is to ride and operate one of those machine.
Wow! This has to be the best combine footage I've seen on RUclips. Picture quality is superb and looks awesome when using Smart View to cast to my TV.
Hello! High speed harvesting with top Green machinery...

Glad to see bountiful harvests. We have struggled with drought in many counties this year. Jerome Manhattan Ks.
Mike, I really enjoy your videos. To watch and listen from the perspectives you lay out is quite a joy. They're especially calming to me 🙂

The size of these machines are unbelievable. Just the chaser bin is bigger than an entire semi truck

John Deere most reliable machinery !!!
Great vídeo Mike.
Truly amazing the logistics it takes to keep up with those x9s. How fast is their ground speed?looks like they are cruising!
Another good one Mike!! Thanks from an "armchair" farmer.

Yes that was my first time running an X9 combine. It was great but the controls were a lot like the S780 I run helping around home.
Awesome video Mike, if at all possible could you spend a little time explaining those Bins and silo systems a little more for those of us a little less knowledgeable just kinda curious how it all interconnects and dries and so forth , just a thought sir thanks

It's 520 acres
@@riversbrent22 It looked like a huge field. Maybe just over 8.2 million pounds. Sounds like a yield to be proud of.

I run red and wondered the same thing?? Seems from the guys I know with x9's they really work nice with a 16 row head.
Agricultural technology is increasingly developing, farmers have less hardship

It was a crop duster. That was just smoke and as I said in the video we don't know who it was.
Never knew that Ohio had fields big enough to run 3 X9's in!
You could have filmed more… this was so satisfying
Impressive that you can find that many people that still want a job and all showed up on the same day lol. Nice looking corn
Great video as usual massive farm machinery. Any more videos with your side by side coming up?
