Dub is so selfish in so many aspects of his life. When it came to Brittany he disrespected her so much when he was with his friends not talking about her with respect and look how it ended. There were multiple times I would watch dubs video and say “MOVE THE CANERA I WANNA SEE” because he wouldn’t move the camera when he was supposed to shut it off when he was supposed to. Dub had to tell him multiple times to do those things….he wasn’t the right match for dub and that’s ok but you clearly didn’t watch enough of dubs videos bc if you did, you would know exactly what I’m talking about

In case you see it too, I just want to remind you that you have the right to feel uncomfortable and your feelings are valid. Dub did him wrong, but honestly Skykar is probably timid and shy. As a creator who is bolsterist and bold like Dub that can be a problem. Daymo probably is willing to get shots and film in areas Skylar wasnt. Still wrong how Dub let him.go but Dub probably didnt really want to because they were friends and he would be choosing Daymo over Skylar. But Dub is cheap and didnt want to pay both and he gels more with Daymo.

Bro I am in that boat as well. I was a video editor and content manager for a well known influencer for acouple of months and she was doing very well on here. then all of a sudden out of nowhere she stopped picking my calls and replying to my messages and mind due we were cool, we heard zero issues. And she also stopped filming. We had created a really dope working relationship. Its been over an year I haven't heard anything from her. At Least for you you got a text back explaining himself, for me I haven't heard from her at all but she is active on social media and we still follow each other. I was left in a deep state of confusion, shit really sucks but i cant do shit about it. Had to get over it

This may hurt and likely quite sad, there’s your story, his story, and the truth somewhere in the middle and while he likely has a different perspective it’s not for you to figure out if he didn’t have the respect to speak to you straight up. You made great relationships and you are skilled. Remember, they hired you to do a job. Your skills were already known. If this is true Dubs quality has gone down and so has the nature of his content. Dub will likely rectify this on the backend or will continue to slowly fall from grace. But none of that is Skylars business. Stay focused. You learned a lot from being around all of the guys about how this business works and now it’s time to stand on your two feet and grind like somebody that’s hungry. Sit down and get a strategy going, schedule and plan out your next few weeks and have contingency plans for if plan fall though and you will be back in a space that feels like normal very soon.
