I'd love to know if Craig or Vasili have a podcast or if there's any good Aussie garden podcasts. These videos are great, just hoping to get a variety of sources. Thanks.

When you two guys get together you can see the passion and how you guys are trying to spread the word it’s fantastic .
I left the northern suburbs 5 years ago and brought a farm and started of with no knowledge of gardening now five years later two big gardens 30 fruit trees and the difference in the food I grow from the supermarkets is insane the taste is amazing.
I have big worm farms running on irrigation that catch worm wee which is the only thing I feed my gardens and the worm farms are feed pumpkins grown on my farm and the manure from my cows feed the worms.
All my soil is made from my own compost using my hay from my chicken coop the manure from my animals and the waste from my gardens.
It’s an amazing cycle I keep growing and learning every year your channel has help me a lot in learning and gaining knowledge and really appreciate it.
    😀🥬🌶️

    Excellent words!
The food we eat should be nearest its natural state! Have lost 60+kgs over 10 years ago and kept it off... from eating foods nearest natural state, love to cook, love to eat well and enjoy my home made, home grown anything.... life is simple!!!!!!

I've noticed with carrots after a couple of days they start going black. I've tried in the fridge and out in a dark cupboard

Very informative. Trouble is you can't grow most vegetables all year round in Victoria without hothouse. So you must rely on someone else. I'm all for what was discussed in this post. Thanks Vasily

Plenty will grow in winter. More variety and seasonal is best. There are things growing in your garden at the moment, that you can eat, but nobody will eat it. Then there are things very few will be growing. If your soil is healthy, do things a bit different, you can extend crops too. You can be eating things like Jerusalem artichoke now, it's a bloody weed, but who does that
