Exactly. When will our justice system realize these cockroaches cannot be rehabilitated, and impose lifetime sentences without EVER getting a chance at parole. CHOMOs need to be excluded from the act that passed giving lifers a chance at parole. They also need to automatically be given the highest risk score possible. They should also be left in general population, not in protective custody (as many prisons are doing). Either that, or keep them in support confinement for the entire sentence, or give them the electric chair!

This poor man, he was so sick he couldn't defend himself. His stepson took advantage of his weakened state and assaulted him. From his story it sounds like the stepson is the real monster. He clearly took advantage of this man. Why is he the one in jail? Wow is all I can say. If this guy can not just think those things but say them out loud, to the parole board of all people, he should never breath free air again. You have to figure he's self editing knowing who his audience is and still this is what he goes with. This shows how depraved his mind is. This is his crime shown in what he thinks is the best light. I wish we had more information on his first charge. I would love to know if it was some thing he was caught doing on a deployment, or if it was something that occurred stateside. Given his depravity, he very well may have done this on a deployment, believing he could get away with it. It is not common, but there are several cases that have made it into the light regarding service members abusing local children while on deployment, as if it is somehow OK because they are in a war zone.
The first voter couched it a little more diplomatically. The second just smacked him upside the head. Love it
This is definitely in the top 3 cases that have pissed me off the most. Someone on that board needed to lay into him. Blaming a 7 year old child for their own abuse shows no rehabilitation whatsoever (and he's already served 20 years) and is completely disgusting. I have absolutely no doubt he will reoffend. Some offenders I actually have hope they won't reoffend, but this monster will. They need to put sex offenders in the general population. Stop protecting them.

@@robynmawer769 YES same here we even had a court ordered psych eval by the same dr who was an expert witness at the Cosby trial and she said YES this definitely happened 2 horrendous child forensics interviews as well he disclosed at 5 and 6 yrs old in both they grilled him and they still let him walk. You and your daughter are in my thoughts and prayers I’ll add you all to my prayer list- thank you for your kind words! He will get caught it’s just a shame other children have to get hurt in the process. They spent more time calling me crazy than investigating him.
