  • In this video I'll use a variation of my Simple Wire Wrapped Cabochon Pendant design to wrap a thicker stone which requires 4 wires instead of 3 wires.
    It's a little different but still the same concept.
    It uses round wire for those who don't have any square wire on hand!

    I have a lot of thick stones and this design will really show them off! You're amazing - your pliers seen to be an extension of the hand wielding them 😊
    Halloween is my favorite holiday. When else can kids indulge their fantasies (costumes) and threaten adults with unspecified mischief if they aren't given candy? I'm all for kid power! It also happens to be my anniversary 😁

    I thinks it’s awesome. I love it. I have some beautiful oval stones that are thick. That’s for the inspiration! I don’t celebrate any holidays anymore. I have to tell you it’s been 28 yrs and it’s so freeing. I give gifts through out the year when they least expect it! When I see something that reminds be of someone or I think, “know who would love this?” That’s when I pick up a gift. It’s more enjoyable for me. The gifts I give are more meaningful and people are genuinely surprised and grateful. The last year I celebrated a holiday there were many out there shopping and I overheard quite a few say to someone they were shopping with, I’m just going to get this if they don’t like it too bad. Or they’ll have to be happy with this because it’s all I can afford….. you get where I’m going with this. So that was it. I never celebrated after that. Since then I’ve looked into the origins of each holiday and not one of them are Christian based! Not even Christmas. I’m extremely happy and never stressed out about holidays anymore. Win win! 💝🥰🤗

    Hi Melissa! Love this! Have lots of thick stones. Holidays? Every holiday in the spring/summer months😊 P.S. just realized I've been using my wooden ring holder WRONG! I've held the wires vertical in it, instead of horizontal. Wires wobbled too much...dang! 😮

    Did you change the title? I only noticed cause i saw the word chonky. Lol. My son and i always use that word for our overweight cat, plus i think it's an adorable descriptor! Either way, i love your designs! I've made quite a few 'with you'! 💜🤗

    Simple. Yeah, ok. I've been trying for hours and all I've done is waste money, waste copper and make my fingers sore.

    • @ZurickDesigns
      @ZurickDesigns  Месяц назад

      That’s a matter of knowing your skill level. I didn’t say it was beginner friendly. Getting better at this craft means many, many hours of practice, sore fingers and wasted metal. At least it wasn’t sterling silver. Copper is a great metal to start with. Hang in there and keep practicing ☺️
