This is so awesome. I've had your website bookmarked for years and use your recipes all the time. Seeing Bill in action is so much fun. And, this dish looks amazing.
I appreciate your videos for being comprehensive, yet short and the casual back and forth with anyone in the vicinity of the shoot-all very encouraging to a learner and pleasurable to the food tourists among us. Thanks for sharing both your knowledge and your family.
I have also always used my finger to mix the corn starch slurry Thank you so much for this excellent video. I love you taking me through every step. Seriously thank you. 🥰🥰🥰😎🥰🥰🥰 nummmmm!!!
Thanks Bill....another great recipe from your family. Who by the way is the best. I love all your family''s recipes and plan on getting your book soon. Quick comment on the lemon wedges.....I use them exactly in the sliced chunk style in my lemon piccata recipe. And another quick thought was this recipe would probably work great with squid swapping out for the chicken. Thanks again guys.
So happy to see this video. I saw the recipe in your newsletter but seeing the video is soo much better . Can't imagine making it any other way. The only version I've ever tried are definitely not. With real lemons, grocery store deli, or some kinda take out. Ewe, now I know how easy it is ,I'll make it. And I love eating the lemon rines. Same with when I do Greek lemon chicken or Greek women, potatoes and love of those roast lemon rinds
I noticed that you did not use ginger at all in that dish but chicken ,lemon and ginger are usually a good combination ,would it be possible to add some ginger in the sauce ?
