Ronnie Le Technical, as we called him, was one of my favourite players in the 80s as he was one of those guys like Vito Bratta who would always surprise you with their solos, both in melodic style and technical playing as well as a few tricks - killer band live too! Great lesson Mark.
Two of my absolute favorites. Whatever extra time I've had, the past month or so, I've been learning/practicing his "Intuition" solo and started figuring out the riff to "Live Today." Last solo I learned - "Little Fighter." Seriously, two animals on the guitar.
Awesome riff, great taste. The hardest part is tuning the guitar so these little double stops sound in tune! Good to see the Charvel getting some action, rock on dude.
Honestly the most underrated guitar channel on youtube. Your Videos, the sound and your transcriptions and the explanations are so well done. All the best mate! And thanks for all your work!
I wore this album out in my teens (cassette tape). Loved seeing this as a lesson. Once again you present a killer riff that others ignore. So worth being a patron and supporting your efforts. Thanks again.
It's pretty straight forward, BOSS SD-1 into a Marshall JCM 800 with, as you say, Reverb, on the Line 6 HELIX :) There's a full breakdown for Patrons at www.patreon.com/posts/10-000-lovers-in-46246042

Ronnie has the best use for a Boss flanger ever. His tone is huge.

I remember this one, 'cos Ronnies guitar sounded immense! I shall learn this one. Thank you.
