Excellent! I love seeing people's planner process rather than planner decorating (though can be fun too :) )...it really helps! Thanks for making this!!
Thank you for sharing your system!! It’s always helpful to find tips and tricks where I’m struggling and others have figured it out. I struggle with the idea of pre-planning. Wouldn’t that just be considered planning?
Thank you for watching!! And on the preplanning haha totally!!! If you use a full year planner you could totally just put it directly on the proper date! I use a separate planner for “preplanning” because if I’m in rings I don’t have dated inserts so I wouldn’t have the week to add it to if that makes sense. I think some others do it also because they like there planners to look neat so they don’t want a lot of cross outs from plans that fall through! Hope that helps!
Love how you incorporated the FC system with the GTD system and made them yours. I was intrigued in your resourcefulness (I personally hate the word lazy) for getting your journaling done! You don't even have to stress your wrists out Maybe I'll try that with a pretty font that looks like my writing 🤔 Yes, yes, yes to the Notion video - it's like a digital bullet journal.
Aww thank you so much! And yes definitely give the journaling by voice a try! Thanks for watching and I’ll definitely have a notion video in the works! ❤️
Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between pre-planning and planning? I'm genuinely confused. To me they're both just planning. I'm not trying to be difficult, I just don't understand. Thanks in advance and thanks for a lovely video!
Thanks for watching and totally understand the confusion! They really are both just planning! I think some of us in the planner community do preplanning largely because we want a place where we can be messy and write things in that we’re not sure if it will actually happen. By doing it in a separate planner or area we can keep our actual planner neat and pretty without all the whiteout/crossing out! It’s quite ridiculous I guess if I really think about it lol. Hope that helps!
Same - the GTD method is a great idea but for me life it too short. I just use tick boxes against my to-do list with arrows, ticks and crosses, and every couple of months I created the list afresh. A project gets its own page but same system applies to the steps. Works for me.
I knowww I totally understand! I always want to use alllll the planners but I end up finding 2 planners as my sweet spot and 1 for journaling but understand the appeal and function of just one planner for it all!

Aw thank you so much for watching! ❤️
I'm actually so interested in a super basic notion intro video. I haven't even bothered trying to learn about it because it looks so overwhelming!
Will definitely do one!! And totally agree I delayed trying it for soooo long cause I felt the same! Thanks for watching!! ❤️
This is soooo helpful so glad I found your channel
Aww yay I’m so glad! Thanks for watching!!
Love the strategic planning. I hope to see more functional planning videos. Thank you again.
Thanks for watching! ❤️
Very curious about Notion, please make a vid and thanks for sharing your thought process behind planning
Thank you!! I will! ❤️
I love your lazy journaling, genius! Work smarter not harder 😉
Heeheee thank you!!! ❤️ best way is say haha
I love the fact that you didn't have a ton of things on your desk while planning
For me it gets overwhelming, even the extra stationery, notebooks, and plants, etc
Aw thank you!! I like a clean space as well! And totally agree on the overwhelmingness of a cluttered desk!

Hi Was wondering what font you typically use to "write" in your planner? Thanks for this video, great info!
I would love to see a notion lesson, please. Another great video. Thank you x
Thank you so much! And will definitely do a notion video!
I’m still obsessed with your FC inserts. Is the daily a day on two pages? ❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much Kimiko!! They are!! ❤️
I didn't hear or understand how you speech to text - do I need to download an app for it?

Hey mam i have some queries about "partnership financial account" how can solving my queries?....
Ugh, I wish I could keep up with using so many different pages and planners.

That’s a great idea as well! Whatever works is the best method I’d say!

Love your videos but slow down, please!
Ahhh sorry!!! Sometimes I feel like it’ll be boring if I’m talking slowly but point taken haha!
Any system that uses multiple planners is not functional
Functional is in the eye of the user. Nothing works for everyone.
Couldn’t agree more! There’s no right and wrong as long as it works for you and makes you happy! ❤️
