I had a nice smoothound from ferrybridge yesterday evening size 1 2 hook flapper with rag tipped with squid can you belive it lol only 40 yards out lads just up from me said they caught one on a flattie rig size 2 hooks crazy how things happen sometimes !
Definitely gonna take a look at the Performance when it comes to upgrade or replace my current AWAF 6 and 4 n Baits , found the 6 to just be too heavy for a decent days fishing but the 4's obviously will only cast a 4oz . so I'm looking for something nice and light but with still the ability to use a heavier lead when I need it to

My complaint this week, is, usefully and, relevantly, about somebody else's video ;) You hooked your bait "thin end, thick end", which is the way I've learnt to do it, to avoid twisting... yet in John Lockers video, a guy on the charter boat John was fishing on, hooked his bait "thin end, thin end". Does this guy need one of your upcoming Chesil coaching days? plug, plug. Watched your Noway videos over the weekend. Epic. but...Really annoyed at the lack of stuff to complain about in your content this week. Stop making it look easy, or I will keep hating. ;)
Mike's fishing look hard and it is not supposed to be it is to have fun been doing sea fishing now in Minehead and all around Wales for over 20 years and you don't need none of that a cheap rod plenty of dirty mackerel then Bosch there you go just takes a fun out of fishing I paid £10 for my rod and £10 for my fishing reel and I have caught Monsters
