EXACTLY!! Tristan has been working with Funko for YEARS now. He has gotten dozens and dozens of funko pops for free from funko, free money from funko from sponsored youtube videos but it was 15 NFT packs that sent people over the edge??? Very strange to get triggered about that.
I thought that I was the only one that got shuffled to the end of the que. I got only 2 premium as well. My luck was good, scored ninja and pirate. One in each pack.
I am actually sick and effing tired of people like you and K-Dog & Fish criticizing those who were upset at Top Pops getting 15 free premium packs for doing nothing more than suck up to Funko with his golly-gee videos (seriously, has he EVER seen a Funko that wasn't "woohoohoohoo that's awesome"? Most people, not all, were pissed that Funko gave ANYONE 15 packs. We didn't care WHO it was, he just got the heat because it was him. Then of course to add insult to insult they go and toss 5 premiums to a number of other streamers. I actually WORK for a living (I don't sit around making 15 minute videos then reap the rewards, I work 40 hard hours a week) and you want to know how many packs I can actually BUY? 4, tops. Once I pay my bills (pretty sure Top Pops doesn't have any bills, including rent) that is about how much money I have on myself. AND THAT IS IF THE DROP DOESN'T SELL OUT, when they sell out, like the Funkoweek set, you know how many I get? ZERO. Why? Because I am at fucking work every drop and I can't hide in the bathroom for an hour while in queue. So no, I am not pissed at Tristan, I am pissed at Funko and yeah, it is your right to disrespect us, to say it was pretty ridiculous, I won't lose sleep over it. 5 packs is whatever, 15 packs is fucking stupid. Oh, and I watched the video and he actually pulled 5 redeemables (1 grail, 4 legendary) and 2 royalty sets.
This is so true. I'm 14 so I don't have work like you but I'm in school when drops happen so I only got 2 packs. Got nothing. Anyway, very well said, it's completely unfair. I try to pay for drops myself with my money but can't compete with Funko suck ups that get $450 worth of product for free.
Don't let digital animations in a pack make you this upset in life. Take a breath, sit down and realize you are getting worked up over nothing...literally absolutely nothing. These are digital cards that can be possibly converted into toys.....freaking toys man. You are this upset about a child's toy. Your p*ssed you don't get to waste your hard earned money gambling and your annoyed someone that works with Funko and has made them a ton of money gets preference? How to rectify this if your a collector is to buy the redeemables you actually want (since the odds are they are cheaper to buy outright than waste money on packs of gifs that are worth practically nothing) or go work with or for Funko and make them a ton of money so they will give you the same treatment. You have every right to be angry, but your anger is misplaced. As for Top Pops bloody hell, he's a kid producing pg content, give him a break and be happy he's succeeding. The world's hard enough
