My first visit…I will definitely be returning. So many comments you make match me and my own flosstube. I take letters out of backgrounds too. I love aqua and jade colours. I love your gorgeous project bags and buddies and floss keepers; they are just beautiful. Did you design your own patterns for them? They are just stunning. Your fabric choices are outstanding as well. Love your cross-stitch projects. I have Kringles sitting in a bag and have not started it but seeing yours does push me in the desire to do that. I stitched Kind and Gentle last year but didn't change a thing (I get so nervous when I think about changing a pattern or swapping colors). I love yours and it looks so nice on the gingham fabric. Hi Kathleen, I also found your videos because Deana gave you a shout out. And I'm glad she did. Your project bags are beautiful. I would appreciate it if you would let me know where I could get some of those green clips you use. At first I thought they were the type of clips that sewers/quilters use to hold 2 pieces of fabrics together instead of pins but they look much bigger and look as though they can go around a q-snap. I was hoping you would talk about them. I do like the gingham fabric and think you don't need to do the letters. I think waiting till you are done with everything else is a good idea to see how it looks without the letters. Your husband is indeed a very talented woodworker. That box is beautiful. Lucky lady!!
Welcome to my Channel...I am so glad Deana sent you over! You can purchase the Green Clover Clips on Amazon and at Fat Quarter Shop...I have even seen them at Hobby Lobby and Joanns. These clips will NOT fit over the q-snap...but they will work with an embroidery hoop. I talked about them in one of my past videos. These Green Clips are made for quilters...instead of using pins...but they are larger than the regular red clips. I hope this helps. This video was wonderful, I so enjoyed it! A fun WIP parade, you have great projects and I just love Kind and Gentle by Artful Offerings, such a sweet pattern. I like the turquoise striped sweaters...so cute! I haven't stitched Autumn Rules either and every time I see someone stitching it, I have that pang...should I??? Welcome to my Channel...I am so glad you found me! Inside the windows wherever it calls for the CC Campfire...I used DMC 816... because I wanted a red for presents, the train and the soldiers shirt. I plan to use the DMC 816 for anywhere it calls for the CC Campfire...except for the Brick work...(I used the CC Campfire there). I hope this answers your question...if not...reach out to me again! Your fabric choices are outstanding as well. Love your cross-stitch projects. I have Kringles sitting in a bag and have not started it but seeing yours does push me in the desire to do that. I stitched Kind and Gentle last year but didn't change a thing (I get so nervous when I think about changing a pattern or swapping colors). I love yours and it looks so nice on the gingham fabric. Hi Kathleen, I also found your videos because Deana gave you a shout out. And I'm glad she did. Your project bags are beautiful. I would appreciate it if you would let me know where I could get some of those green clips you use. At first I thought they were the type of clips that sewers/quilters use to hold 2 pieces of fabrics together instead of pins but they look much bigger and look as though they can go around a q-snap. I was hoping you would talk about them.
I do like the gingham fabric and think you don't need to do the letters. I think waiting till you are done with everything else is a good idea to see how it looks without the letters. Your husband is indeed a very talented woodworker. That box is beautiful. Lucky lady!!
Welcome to my Channel...I am so glad Deana sent you over! You can purchase the Green Clover Clips on Amazon and at Fat Quarter Shop...I have even seen them at Hobby Lobby and Joanns. These clips will NOT fit over the q-snap...but they will work with an embroidery hoop. I talked about them in one of my past videos. These Green Clips are made for quilters...instead of using pins...but they are larger than the regular red clips. I hope this helps. LOL! The patterns I use for all of my Cross Stitch Organizers and Bags are my patterns that I wrote over the years...I am a pattern writer! These particular patterns, as well as my Smart Phone Wallet patterns have not been released to the public. I wish I could get together with people to and sew sew sew something fabulous! @@HelloHello-bb5ik...YES...I sell my Cross Stitch Organizers periodically in my Etsy Shop in "drops" that I announce ahead of time on my Instagram page so people will know when that is. I also announce on instagram when I open my shop for Special Orders/Custom Orders so that people can request a particular piece or pieces. My instagram link is always in the show notes.
