So in Jamaica there aren't any leases or length time you have to be in your lease, you can do month to month or the leases are short? I noticed you mentioned you were at these places 3/4 months at time before leaving. I have been considering living there but for health reasons I would be coming back and forth to the US I just didn't know how that would work with renting a place there thinking the leases would be 12 months + like here. I own my home on the US so I would always have a place to come back to just didnt trying to figure out renting in Jamaica.
