I'm not gonna say nothing. . . besides I told you so. We are getting a pro-rated refund which means we'll get the money back from March 22 to the end of the semester in terms of housing and meal plans, as they want all of us gone by that day. And while I know Harvard and other colleges made students leave earlier than NYU, I think EVERY college needs to understand that not everyone can leave and rushing the moving process will make things worse. This is unfair to a lot of people and I'm lucky enough to be able to drive to my college, but the sudden email (not even phone call) is unacceptable.

I am out for a whole month but I still have online school. I don't have my textbooks and they expect me to do the work.
I was only going to be out for three weeks, but in the last three days , it was changed to SIX weeks. It hasn't even been an entire week yet.
Fangirl my college done set up a whole online library database with online books accessible for all courses 😩 we have no excuses not to get it done not to mention the online virtual classes that make us set up our webcams like I want to see they faces 😭

We just entered Emergency State today here in Portugal. We're in self isolation, almost nobody in the streets, looks like a ghost country.
We're out of meat, fish, dairy, veggies, fruit and toilet paper almost 24/7. Right now we're all homeschooled with Zoom and public workers are working from home.
All events postponed, all unessential buildings closed. Borders are closed, we're almost like Italy.

Maybe he had and still has problems with his life, with himself. He thought that by giving you pain, his own would vanish or he'd feel better afterwards. I think he regrets it deeply, hopefully he realised what his idiotic actions caused.
However, we all know we can't change the past, can we? Moving on is hard, but with the help and support of your loved ones, you can do it.
If you want to make him feel the pain you felt in that moment, forgive him. I know it sounds delusional and crazy, but it has its own advantage, trust me.
Regrets don't go away, never. They will haunt you whenever they can, if you want to or not does simply not matter. You can fight them by facing and accepting them. But if you run away from them, they will slowly eat you up from inside and break you eventually. The pain that comes with them is longlasting, like memories.
Living a life full of regrets is one of the worst things that can happen to you, right?

Best way ive found to store sweaters is in a hanging closet organizer! It honestly take up very little rack space and let's you fold sweaters rather than hang (bc we aren't heathens here)

For UCI, our classes are online for the next quarter but we have the choice if we want to stay in our dorms/ on campus or if we want to move out. If we decide to move out, we get full refund :)

Hey, just in case, do know that the N95 mask is actually not ideal as a mask during this situation. It blocks out air particles and pollution/haze, but it doesn't block the water particles that covid spreads through. Instead, use medical grade masks instead! I live in RI (3 hours from new york) and we have online classes until April 3rd but I think it will be to the end of the semester.
