I also received a too-small shirt that was my fault and they sent me another and told me to just keep the other one. No muss, no fuss. One reason they have become my favorite company. What is so funny is that this week I had an issue needing CS attention at Geek Fuel and then I noticed in the email that the sig was "BRENT." I said--Hey Brent--it's you--Nerdy Newb mentioned you in her unboxing video!" Brent was so super helpful. A+ customer service.

I don't suppose there is any way we could see Maddie's reaction to you giving it to her?? I mean, if it isn't too intrusive. I would never want to be intrusive on your private life. Would totally understand if you can't, just would love to see her reaction. You really are a sweet human! :)
i wish funko boxes customer service were this good. i love geekfuel customer service too. they had an option of getting two books and 1 of the books i got from another subscription box. which ended up being the book i got. they ended up sending me the second book even though it wasn't their fault at all. my fault for having so many subscription boxes
I bought a Geek Fuel because of Brent! I love supporting company's with great customer service and its really getting rare. And they have fun things so win-win :P
