I have been watching Kawaii Arcade Masters as well. Just love them.
They almost always have hand towels in the Kuji's .. In Japan they usually don't have paper towels in restrooms and the like so most carry hand towels with them to dry their hands and such.. Since they are used so much it is seen as an essential item and often put into the Kuji's and at places like Diaso you can find large displays of them in all kinds of prints..

I fell down the kpop hole in 2017 and have never looked back also love all the pokemon and rillakuma stuff so awesome
