Under defence category , do lower rank student with higher priority or higher rank student with lower priority is preferred? For example:75k rank 6th priority or 95k rank 4th priority?

Atul, what's your score? There are fewer seats for outside Delhi so it depends on your score and priority 8 has many takers. Please apply for JAC. There are many who leave the seats and join IITs so upgradation happens. Moreover the placements are good from these colleges

Congratulations. CS gets filled at around 1000 rank. Yes, if you don't get in Army quota you can also appear in general category.

nhi milega paramilitary ko on paper priority iv tak eligible h lakin reality me jinki death hojati ha with death attributable to their servic unhi ko milta ha. Or vaise bhi agar ap priority ke hisab se bhi chlo to ap eligible nhi ho kyuki apki p-8 ha or paramilitary me sirf death ke casee hi benefit milta vo bhi jab death attributable ho. Or Paramilitary me ke liya koi authority assigned nhi h ecc banane ke liya or vaise bhi universities abhi unaware h ki PARAMILITARY quota band bhi hogya ha 2019 se. Abhi tak brochure bhi update nhi kiya.
