My employer launched a "resilience tool", an app that was meant as a "solution" (I guess) for the huge problems with the well being of the operative, "essential" staff of the (state owned) train company. I've send the link of this video to direction responsible for the app, as a sign of resistance (we always have to be careful, keep our heads down to avoid repercussions for not respecting the hierarchical line). It feels so good to know that there are still people who don't just abuse words like "resilience" or "well being" for corporate purposes. Let's hope the value of humanity can gain some ground again...
