"Lost" [by David Wagoner] Lost Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here, And you must treat it as a powerful stranger, Must ask permission to know it and be known. The forest breathes. Listen. It answers, I have made this place around you. If you leave it, you may come back again, saying Here. No two trees are the same to Raven. No two branches are the same to Wren. If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you, You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows Where you are. You must let it find you. -- David Wagoner (1999)

There's some real wisdom here. Maybe you leave the forest and the trees. I think we all do many times in life. The point is that no matter how many times we get lost the forest, the "here" is always ready to receive us again.
Simply because there is no description or a better title written. What word would you enter in youtube search bar to find this video without being familiar with the Lost or David Whyte?
I copied it from a VHS tape in the mid 90s, so it is at least taht old. "Preserving the Soul" - you can find it here thinkingallowed.vhx.tv/david-whyte-preserving-the-soul
Oh my, David - so young then, and yet already so wise and so deep. You started early, didn't you.
"Lost" [by David Wagoner]
Lost
Stand still. The trees ahead and bushes beside you
Are not lost. Wherever you are is called Here,
And you must treat it as a powerful stranger,
Must ask permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It answers,
I have made this place around you.
If you leave it, you may come back again, saying Here.
No two trees are the same to Raven.
No two branches are the same to Wren.
If what a tree or a bush does is lost on you,
You are surely lost. Stand still. The forest knows
Where you are. You must let it find you.
