Can you imagine that?...this song is over 47 years old...and how it was never released or promoted as a funky-groove style...is beyond me. The bass line and guitars & funky guitar solo are kickin! Should me re-released...and headphones 🎧are a must.
Another one of ABBA's many "different" sounding songs, with a funky rhythmic feel to it and a lyric full of frustration and sadness .. They really could do just about anything and make it work !
This is a really cool gem,a funk song,better funk groove then most funk bands funk songs that only do that. ABBA is as we know,very versatile and they could,and did, try out any kind of music genre and they did it perfectly,like with this cool little gem...not appreciated as much as it should be,but thats how it is with many of ABBAs song..as sucessful as they are,they never got proper recognition for many of their songs,this one is one of many proofs of that..

I have listened to this since about 1977 or 78, when I first learned about it. I now realize it's like a cross between Vicki Lawrence's The Night The Lights Went Out in Georgia, and almost any funky piece by Stevie Wonder. One of my guilty pleasures.

Honesty, these is one that I like at the last un "Waterloo" álbum
My favourites of these álbum is
the masterpiece "Waterloo"
the other single "Honey honey"
the song that ABBA don't select to Eurovisión: "Hasta mañana"
and the sweet ballad:
