You Know,Out Of All Of The Main Kid Characters She Never Yell,Attackec Or Bullied Andre Like Everyone Else. I Always Thought Jade And Andre Would've Made A Better Couple Than Her And Beck (Who Were Toxic AF!)
Because of being the token black guy in the show, when Andre almost always ended up with black girls if I remember correctly. I think maybe this would've worked, but I don't think he would've been able to handle Jade's mannerisms like Beck sort of couldn't. If this show continued on afterward or had a reboot, the only other possible ship in the group would've been Cat and Robbie if she finally admits her feelings, and (based on subtle things I noticed after the show ended and rewatched some scenes) Tori and Jade. Why them? Because Tori stood up to her and she slowly became someone that Jade could come to for help. Jade liked someomeone who could match her energy. Looking back, there are actually a lot of instances in which it seems like Jade's antics towards Tori seemed to be some way of her trying to do something else. As if her jealousy of her was slowly turning into an attraction that she was afraid of having. She even sometimes lets her touch her and Jade apparently hates being touched. Obviously, this couldn't be recognized because the show ended too abruptly and before 2015. Do I think Jade and Andre could've worked? If he could handle her. Beck and Jade weren't a healthy couple. Even though they did love each other at times, Beck seemed to tolerate her more than love her. It would be nice to see the possibilities if the show gets a reboot, but it sadly doesn't look like it's possible. Of all the past Nickelodeon shows, it deserves it more because of the abrupt ending.
You definitely made points. I still stand by the fact that any other pairing in this show would be toxic in some form. Cat and Robbie was the one sided thing that turned into avoidance that turned into I don’t want him but nobody else can have him that turned back into avoidance. Tori and Jade would be toxic because it’s been toxic from the get go even when Jade wasn’t being as horrible as usual to her. The civility level isn’t where it needs to be for Frenemies to Lovers (in my own opinion). I can agree that Jade’s a lot to handle but the way she doesn’t really act up around Andre when they interact, I think it could work.
The thing is, Andre and Jade would be able to benefit from each other. Andre could show Jade how to be more level headed around others. And Jade could help Andre stand up for himself more. Also Andre seems to be more of the caring boyfriend that would care about Jade's feelings. While Jade would be the girlfriend that will stick by Andre's side when things get rough. I also doubt she would be as clingy around Andre compared to how she is around Beck. Beck had the reputation of being the "hottest guy at the school" with girls throwing themselves at him, while Andre didn't have any of those instances.
@@CocoaCosmosOfficial It is very much an interesting thought as he was the level headed one. Either way, it's too bad we won't know for sure because the show ended so abruptly. Jade seemed to be less aggressive as the seasons progressed. Hypotheticals are always fun, but still just hypotheticals. But maybe it wouldn't have worked because Andre was more of the advisor friend and although very level-headed, I don't know if him trying to be calm would help as she had the tendency to get defensive. Or, maybe Jade learns to be more calm later on. More importantly, this show needed a reboot more than iCarly, not to say that reboot isn't deserving.

I'm more of a Tandre (Tori and Andre) guy plus he dated someone Jade-like (Hope) and that didn't end well. There an opportunity on Tori fixes Beck and Jade episode when Tori asks Andre to ask Jade out but he refuses. Plus would Nickelodeon/Dan Schnider allow a bi-racial couple? A reason why I believe Tandre didn't happen. However, I'm not against it really. It could have opened doors with Bori (Tori and Beck) though unsure if Bori would have been much better than Bade. Are you going to do a Tandre vid?
You know what? I was actually hard pressed to find a black/white interracial nick couple 🙃 but there was that blurry video that went around a few years back that showed Jade and Andre about to kiss after a small argument. And Beck’s actor is British Indian/White so technically Bade is already a mixed couple and Tori’s actress is Latina so I don’t think it’s because they don’t wanna mix races. Hope was just a spoiled brat that used her dad to get what she wanted so she’s not really that similar to Jade besides being mean. Jade still has her moments where she can be relaxed. I honestly hadn’t thought much about Tori and Andre as a couple because I’ve never felt a romantic chemistry between them and only recently found they have somewhat do a following. I could talk about Tandre though if there’s enough interest (or if I watch them with romance shades on)

Ah I see. That makes sense. Yeah, I’m definitely checking that out. Between Jeanette, Alexa and Amanda, there was obviously some sinister stuff going on and I’m glad it’s being brought to light
