answering title: yes. me myself have long arms and they are wonderful, i played 2 years behind and it was so hard to climb things, now that i have grown a lot more and am 6'1, its a greater experience to play gtag. (basically why so)

There’s only one real issue with long arms and that hand-eye coordination because well, your arms are long and you may not be used to having to reach out earlier. But that’s all really long arms will help for the reason of short arms, well they speak for themselves we’ve all seen that one kid in the lobby. But you can’t just get extenders on quest because I got some and my wrist became sore for almost a week, don’t do extenders

All you have to do is take off the headset and try it on and even press the wrong arms yeah long arms, gorilla tag
Long arms suck for branching (with steam long arms) it disorients you because everything is smaller
You reach for it and it turns out you reached to far

Height does not matter in gorilla tag. You could be 13 feet tall but with 4 foot long arms be 6 foot or 5 foot with 6 foot, your arms determine your “height” in gorilla tag how it works is the distance between your VR controllers and distance from your VR headset.
honestly just funny run, you basically go the same speed even if your arms are short, all that matters is how good you are at doing it
