Sir good presentation and explanation. I would like to hear your genuine suggestion. I have been trying to buy a mattress over the years but to the shops I have been. None of them so far have given me a proper suggestion. I work a minimum 12 hour shift to max 16 sedentary work hours. i sleep very less and i sleep on a old bed and no mattress. I have really bad back ache if i sleep more than 3 hours. Even though i sleep very less I need a relaxing sleep to not feel tired throughout the day. The shops simply suggest me take ortho just because of the name. If you can explain what different options of matress are there for people like me and what material are they made of that will be helpful. Also I live in chennai it's pretty hot down here so it's also good if you include which matress produce heat / no heat. I also saw in some videos EPE Foam sheets are good for back ache and dont produce heat, is it true if yes which type of this EPE foam should I choose. Appreciate your attention to this.
