sir i dont understand ur tamil but i want to know whether you used oil in dough making......i made today but my roti was like elastic rubber.....it has fluffed like baloon like your one but after when cooled my roti becomes like rubber elastic....i used some cooking oil white oil...is it because of this....please do reply sir
