Correction: The Integra is strictly mentioned as the Type R variant in the video. I'm aware of the Type S RSX commonly appearing in recent games, however it's a less sportier version of the Integra, which brings up the question, that why the sportiest model of DC5 generation is not represented in modern racing games, hence why I included it in the video.
Very difficult choice but id probably go with the SLR Stirling Moss. Its just so beautiful and maybe the 722 as well, however this one is probably one of the most unlikely to return in the video due to mclaren and mercedes licensing disagreement
@@pog6162 Polyphony managed to license the SLR McLaren for Gran Turismo 7, so might be a chance that it could come back to other franchises along with the Stirling Moss as well.
Gumpert is my favorite that thing is a riot 😅

It's sad to see Gallardo being forgotten.
It used to be the most favourite car, but now it's replaced by Huracan
Gallardo will be always the OG Baby version of the Murciélago. (Need For Speed Most Wanted 2005)

newer games have it but only in superleggera/perfomante variant
@@hexagonalcarbon and even those variants in newer games are second gen Gallardos, the one in the video is a first gen Gallardo, which haven't been in a racing game since 2013
@@VGCE the regular version of 2nd gen (LP560-4) doesn't appear in games either. Its last appearance in games is in NFS Rivals, Edge and GT6

I find it interesting how Forza Motorsport 4 had most of these. Yeah, the car selection was way more experimental back then, or at least it feels like that to me, I don't know.
The SLR McLaren Stirling Moss & the 722 edition were cut and removed as a result of licensing issues in NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered

i find it very odd and stupid considering the game has both mclarens and mercedes. and im also really bummed they couldnt even give replacement cars. they. ould probably rip models from another NFS that uses the same engine.

@@TinyBearTim then how come TC2 and now Motorfest have the car? how come Ubisoft/Ivory tower managed to get an agreement between these 2 and EA didnt?
also pretty sure the car is more Mercedes, the engine is from Mclaren but the Mclaren F1 engine is BMWs and many other instances like Paganis being an AMG engine.
also like i said they didnt even gave us cars to replace them, they could have ripped something from shift 2 or any NFS that had the same engine so the models were ready.

The SLRs are fully Collaborations to the point they are called mercades mclaren SLR
It’s not in other games because the devs didn’t ask for it or couldn’t get an agreement
And having the same engine as a diff car means nothing the physics would be completely different
SSC Ultimate Aero for sure, would love to see it return although it’s very unlikely 🙁

It was given an overhaul in the latest update of TDU Platinum!
SSC is still active so its likely, but developers probably arent willing to add it
the Gumpert Apollo was in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered. I don't know if that would count, but the game came out in 2020.
I didn't count it, as it's more like a re-release with some tweaks.

You can thank Mercedes for that move. They were FURIOUS Chrysler made a supercar that slapped the SLR McLaren in every aspect and shut down the project for the ME 4-12.
The IS 300 is probably the most beloved sedan in racing games, since it was the first car we see in nfs most wanted in the car dealer.
If you don’t include Skylines, Evos, Impreza’s or M3s, then yes
There's also the first gen pre-LP640 Lamborghini Murciélago, I think the last games it was in was Forza Motorsport 2 and Midnight Club LA. Also the Reventón Roadster which was last featured in NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 and Forza Horizon 1.
The old Murcielago was in FM4.
I've always wanted to see the original Murcielago in a recent game, especially with those awesome roto-dial rims and the cool colors
The Mazda 323 GTR is a prime exemple of an underrated car. It only appeared in two games. Gran Turismo 2 and recently Forza Horizon 5
(quick edit) Ok I just found out that Tokyo Xtreme Racer Drift 2 from the PS2 also has a 323 GTR and it's a superb touge racer. it's really GOOD!

I remember driving the 1st gen Gallardo,Stirling Moss SLR and 722 as well, and Gumpert Apollo in some NFS games.I really missed these cars :(
The Ultimate Aero is going so fast it's almost running into cars as they spawn into the game.
Most obscure car I've seen in a racing game was probably the Marussia B2 from Need For Speed: Most Wanted and NFS Rivals.
That basically happened right after the clip ended haha.
The Shelby Series 1 was seen way back in the first Forza Motorsport on the original Xbox. It was a very competitive car for online racing.
Also the Ford Mustang GT-R is one my favorite car from the original first Grid.
The Shelby Series 1 was also in Gran Turismo 2 on PS1
Alfa TZ3 Zagato is a good mention. A viper in Italian dress, and a damn fine one.

Bit weird how they include the RSX in modern racing games instead of the infinitely better Integra Type R
Probably because the RSX is more recognizable to American audiences, and easier to get a hold of for scanning.
Both the RSX and Integra(both in I and II gen) were in Juiced 1

I definitely miss the Mustang GT-R Concept, i was a ton of fun to drive in games like grid, yes ford racing 3 (even though its a budget title), i still enjoyed that concept
forza horizon 1 itself is a lost gem, as well as DiRT3 and showdown. man ive been having so much fun playing them lately

I love the original Gallardo and Murcielago. A lot of those 2000s era super cars and sports cars are some of my favorites, and it sucks that now we only get the later generation models.
As an IS300 owner I'll say video game companies completely forgot about that timeless car. Just because its from the early 2000s and its not a sports car. At least GTA gives us the Sultan RS its about as close as it gets now days
That car carried me through most of Need for Speed Most Wanted, as I collected the Junkman parts
I don’t get why these cars stop being in games. Is it down to licensing? It’s sad to not have things like the Gumpert Apollo or the SSC or even the Mazda Furai. Sure it was a 1 off car that got destroyed irl, but why not just allow it to be put into games so we can all enjoy it for a lot less money than it would take to rebuild one irl.
mostly down to licensing but also because these are relatively obscure cars that aren't as popular anymore, devs probably don't care that much to license them. And i suspected the SLR stirling moss was a licensing mess cause its both merecedes AND mclaren, but GT7 has the normal SLR. could be a very long contract.
My pick is the Cobalt SS and the Neon SRT-4, for me those are the best American 'tuner' cars :D
Srt4 was my starter in Midnight Club 3, "tastefully" riced of course

I know, but if I counted mods as well, then pretty much none of the cars would be in this video. I only wanted to focus on official releases.

The JDM Honda Integra Type-R was replaced by an USDM Acura Integra Type-S later.

Oof, that game was completely out of my view. At least it's not a super recent game. However I don't see any other car, that's featured in the video but can be found in Assoluto's car roster.
How did you get the mouse steering to work on Bluestacks in the RR3 clip with the Codatronca?
I've been searching for a way to play mobile racing games on my controller for ages, and I have the tools to convert my controller input into the mouse x position, now I just need to know how to make mouse steering itself work
Oh, I literally just used my mouse for steering lmao. I remember once succesfully using the steering wheel with controller on MEmu, without using any additional tools, so that might be worth giving a try.

The Evo 7 is barely seen in racing games anymore, always foreshadowed by 8 and 9 (7 appears in some arcade games out there though, but nothing mainstream)
Fiat Coupé was added in a NFS Most Wanted Redux mod, ig that's something for it?
Mods don't count according to the video maker, and vanilla TDU had it a year after MW anyway.

The Lamborghin Gallardo is not forgotten, you can find him in The Crew 2, a game from 2018 ...
But that's a second generation Gallardo, like in every other newer racing games. The one featured in the video is the first gen.
Hmm... 🤔 why do i know this little tip bit about the shelby series 1 is that when it was released in 1999, this roadster was not powered by ford modular v8 engine but instead a oldsmoblie aurora v8 producing 320 hp with option to supercharger over 450 hp so this had to generate a lot of interest in buying shelby right, unfortunately it sales where not many as the final numbers are 249 roadster total so much for name recognition.
IS 300 is featured in CarX Drift Racing but it is unlicensed and it has some random name

The first Honda also appeared in Need For Speed Payback and Heat.
the one from this vídeo is the jdm version, the one from heat and Unbound is the udsm version.
The Honda Integra and Gallardo are still in Forza Horizon 5 so they're not forgotten.

you know what?, lexus is 300 were cool, but got obsolete for a long time. the second gallardo are sexier, but the first are more memorbale. mustang gtr were cooler, than the serieal version, but i miss cobra r more. xrl-v is my favorite cadillac in dsf, and stirling moss is my favorite in exotic class from HP remake. also thanks to td:overdrive for meeting me with shelby series one.

It's kinda why they don't use the Countach, Diablo, Modena, third gen Skyline, 550 Maranello, CC etc. that much anymore. Unless it's something iconic like the R34 or Enzo, they would instead use the latest models such as Huracan, Apollo Intensa Emozioneor or F8 Tributo.

I use Xenia Canary.

And if you're asking about Motorsport 4, search for the Project Forza Plus mod, it somewhat fixes most of the graphical issues.
@@VGCE alright thanks! I do have 1 problem tho, no matter what settings I make in the patch file it won't change like disabling motion blur cuz it's still active in the game, know any fix?
@@Kyozaf If I had to guess, it's probably the media_id that's causing the problem, try one of these ids instead: 2DC7007B, 4000D145. I personally don't use the patch, so I don't have much experience with it, but hopefully this fixes the issue.
