    50% truth and 50% confusion hai aap ke video me. aap bol rahe hai ki ab kabhi inke price nahi badhenge.... par jab so called luxiery project me aaj 700 sq feet ke flate 1.5 se 2 cr me sold ho rahe hai jo aage 5/7 saal me 2.5 se 3 cr me sold honge agar tab bhi kya in aafor. flate ka price 60/70 lc hi rahega. mujhe to nahi lagta ki ncr me log itna jyada income karenge ki sab 3-3 cr ke flate lete jayenge..... aap aadmi jo 1/1.5 lc kama raha hai aaj vo bhi nahi le pa raha hai ye so called lux.flate to ye aam aadmi ka bada chank kya le ppayega aap khud hi batao.

      ​@@sunnyyadav-ld8sz bhai Mera signature global se liya tha 37d mai 25L mai abhi mujhe 60L offer ho raha hai lekin mai kuch time aur rukunga, 100% 4 saal Mai 90L jaega.

    Aaj se 20 Year pahle Haryana Government affordable plot ke Scheme layi thi aur aaj Affordable ke tag nahi hai .....only paise chap rahe log...old investment ka aaj .....phir affordable housing ka scope q nhi badega .....yaar ye kud confused hai....kuch din me yahi bolta hai best hai aur kuch time baad kud mind change karta hai...... 1.5 cr in next 3 year.....likh ke lelo cos abhi 80 to 90 rate chal raha

      Yes, strongly agreed with you, In future when there is no new affordable project. It will be only thing in 1cr or so ticket size. Just choose your Builder and location wisely.
