how can we do these exercises if the client is receiving dialysis in a supine position lying in a bed? we don't have these types of chairs to use...kindly guide me
You can do exercise in supine position still. You can do many core exercises and leg exercises. One of the being ankle pumps do that about 20 times then take a break and repeat 3 times. You can march you legs while laying down. You can stretch also by reaching and touching your toes.
