Fun fact: Banboo is actually a grass! Its the fastest growing grass, which is part of the Poaceae family. Some types of bamboo can grow up to 3ft (91 cm for the rest of the world lol, usa measurement system sucks) a day! Bamboo is often referred to as trees because of how tall it can grow, the things that can be made out if it and its material. Wild bamboo can also be poisonous, thats why its very important to clean bamboo before consumption!!
