My focus is on 15th C longsword. The average blade length at that time is 90-95 cm. And I am also around average height, so I like to use average swords.
@@borislavkrustev8906 I was going to do the same - all my training swords have been 88-95cm but the standard King reaches my armpit as per Vadi’s MS so I thought I’d give a big sword a whirl.
Im 4 months into waiting for mine to come in and I come back to your video every week or so haha
It's worth the wait, man. Still my favourite longsword. And it's holding great through constant abuse.
You go get them, short king.
Lovely!!!
I have the same but my pommel is twisted. The best longsword i try so far
Now that you've had it for a while, what do you think of the twisted pommel vs a smooth one?
Excited for mine later this year. Why did you opt for the shorty version?

(And I have no other training tool to go with Albion Maximilian)
@@Heresjonnyagain Nothing wrong with a big sword - I've handled the Sigi Kind Standard, it's good, although you feel the flexibility a bit more.
How does it hit in high intensity sparring?
