Proprietor... probably sole proprietor? I wonder if this location was locally-owned in that area, maybe he only ran the one store... Either way. This one feels like a combination of Cheyenne, Fort Collins, and Longmont all in one.

I’m not sure. I understand why they move because this location was hidden and it was in a middle of a un developed area
