NFS World Modding: cor_c5_a 9000RPM

Thanks to @KristianLyubenovYT for the guide on changing .tmx max RPMs.
Car is using cor_c5_a/cor_c5_a combo. Had to tweak the harmonic settings to reduce the bass dropoff at high RPM. Still sounds fairly bad too.
