      Accreditation is a joke. If you had any idea that most if not all of everything were taught about history geology space and more is absolutely nonsense and that none sense is passed down generation after generation and is taught in “accredited” institutions. Look at the devils tower for example. Scientists and geologists want you to believe it’s a lava blister. Molten rock that slowly spewed from the earth and slowly cooled and created something that looks exactly like an ancient giant tree stump even has hexagonal shapes that only living organisms make. Most if not all geology was once biology first. Theres literally thousands of remains all over the world of these ancient trees stumps. I’ve literally watched geologists floating down the Colorado river discussing the rings of the tree stumps turned to stone that created the grand canyon as though the rings were sediment layers. Yet you can see so clearly what the truth is. But they’re blind to it.

    Lol you just need to ask chatGPT what a day of a spartan kid looked like:
    . Morning Exercises
    • Early Rising: The day began early, at sunrise. The boys would wake up and start their physical exercises to build endurance and strength.
    • Running and Endurance Training: Running was a crucial part of their training. Often barefoot, the boys would run long distances to build stamina and toughen their bodies against the elements.
    2. Breakfast
    • Spartan Meals: Their diet was simple and sparse, usually consisting of a type of porridge or soup known as “Melas Zomos.” The goal was to accustom the boys to a frugal and modest lifestyle.
    3. Weapons Training
    • Combat Training: Daily training involved practicing with weapons such as the spear (Dory) and the shield (Aspis). The boys learned to handle these weapons in various combat situations.
    • Phalanx Formations: A key aspect was training in the Phalanx, a tight battle formation. They learned to fight as part of this formation, which required high discipline and cooperation.
    4. Wrestling and Physical Contact
    • Wrestling: Wrestling was a major part of the training, improving strength, agility, and technique. It also prepared the boys for close combat.
    • Boxing and Pankration: Occasionally, they practiced boxing and Pankration, a mix of boxing and wrestling, to train them in aggressive but controlled hand-to-hand combat.
    5. Lunch
    • Frugal Meals: Lunch was as simple as breakfast, often made from similar ingredients. The portions were deliberately small to teach the boys to get by with little.
    6. Mental Training and Education
    • Group Dynamics and Obedience: The boys were constantly tested on how well they could follow orders and work as a team. Strict discipline was of utmost importance.
    • Lessons in Music and Poetry: Although physical training was the main focus, the boys also received lessons in music, poetry, and history. This fostered their cultural education and taught them to appreciate the pride and values of Sparta.
    7. Afternoon Exercises
    • Additional Physical Training: The afternoon included more physical activities such as jumping, climbing, and endurance exercises to enhance their overall fitness.
    • Inspection by Elder Spartans: Elder warriors would inspect the boys’ progress and punish them if they failed to meet expectations. Punishments were often harsh, designed to toughen the boys further.
    8. Dinner and Night
    • Group Dinner: The boys ate together in their group, which helped strengthen their bond.
    • Night Training: Occasionally, there was night training to prepare the boys to be ready to fight under any circumstances.
    9. Sleeping
    • Basic Sleeping Conditions: The boys slept on simple beds, often just mats or directly on the ground. This was part of the philosophy to harden them and get them used to deprivation.
    The Spartan Agoge was not just physical training but a comprehensive system designed to mold boys into disciplined, fearless, and obedient warriors. It was an extremely harsh but effective method to ensure that Sparta maintained an unbeatable warrior class.

The world was very different, super strong phylosophy, religion, rugged character, extremely practical and no vanity. These characteristics are long gone, so it would. Never be. Google it , there an incredible amount of info in just Theo’s one article , however there’s many published articles a d research on Spartan training . Way of life and diet .
    Also most of their meat diet consists of ofal ( internal organs ) fish if they were wealthy , fruits , cheese barely , bread, wild rice , fermented foods
    A staple of the Spartan diet was melas zomos, or "black soup", which was made with pig's blood emulsified with vinegar, giving it a dark color and adding iron to the diet. Plutarch says that older men would sometimes give up their meat to younger men and only drink the liquid

    • @discipleaj
      @discipleaj 3 месяца назад +41

      That's because 'bodybuilding' types are inefficient for combat and endurance. Entering battle built like a bodybuilder is a hindrance unless you're naturally that big framed, like Northern Europeans as a prime example (strongman, rugby, power lifting, wrestling), South-East Pacific Islanders (rugby), and Sub-Saharan West Africans (wrestling, power lifting).

    • @calebbrunson7120
      @calebbrunson7120 3 месяца назад +15

      @@discipleaj you’re definitely right. This quote from Tacitus about the Germanics is interesting as well, “One result of this is that their physical characteristics, in so far as one can generalize about such a large population, are always the same: fierce-looking blue eyes, reddish hair, and big frames - which, however, can exert their strength only by means of violent effort. They are less able to endure toil or fatiguing tasks and cannot bear thirst or heat, though their climate has inured them to cold spells and the poverty of their soil to hunger.”

    • @discipleaj
      @discipleaj 3 месяца назад +6

      @calebbrunson7120 Strange though isn't it, because Germanic peoples dominated Europe and then went on to fight and defeat (far more often than they lost) all other people groups on the planet as well as work and construct the modern world on every terrain on the planet as well, and that's through multiple centuries to the present day. Micro adaptation is a fact of science that would explain this, its why modern militaries spend time acclimatising in various theatres before they then go off on operations, for example. They've learned from others' mistakes in the past.
      Overall, there will always be variations and exceptions to general rules/observations in all people groups, though. It all depends on the genetics an individual is born with to a large degree.
      Thanks.

    • @DonTeridon
      @DonTeridon 2 месяца назад +1

      @JordanCatchC Hey , I buy these in bags , they are standard quantities , at least in Greece , we buy them in bags , but to make it simple : the mountain tea needs to be at least a 3 : 1: 1 ratio.
      So 3 bags of mountain tea , 1 of sage 1(or even less) of spearmint.
      The spearmint is very strong and can overpower the other 2 flavours , so definitely prioritise the mountain tea , and then a little bit of sage and last and least the spearmint. Please also be aware that the leaves of these herbs and the stems will have a little bit of different flavour and/ or strength . On my previous try, I chopped the mountain tea to small pieces (like 2 dices next to one another), same with the Sage , and then I added the leaves of the spearmint.
      Sometimes, after eating oranges or mandarins/ clementines, I chop the peels to little cubes and dry them on the sun or on your heater at home , and then I mix that in there also.
      I'd suggest finding the ingredients and experimenting a bit . See what works best for you as well.

    Surprised he didn’t mention the Agoge which was when the Spartan’s would take every healthy 7 year old male from his mother/family and put them through a training program that they would live, eat, and sleep until the age of 19. They would break them into smaller units like the navy seals training does except they started at 7 years old lol. The training was so intense that surviving it was a challenge in itself, plenty would die from this training. 12 years of insane training (beyond what currently would even be allowed) plus starting it at such a young age resulting in shaping their minds as well would definitely create the most bad ass warriors of those times, or even of today’s world if guns are taken out of the picture. It is interesting to hear about a few of their training methods so cool video👍.

    There's little to no information on this topic, but lucky for us he did his research on a topic with barely to no information on it! No need to worry now! 😌

    You gotta think like a warrior to get Spartan Fit. Rock Climbing, Mountain Climbing, Swimming, Bowhunting, Rowing Boats for long distances, Wrestling, Running hills, Hauling Water on foot, Building a Fort, Chopping Trees for firewood, Training in your battle gear, Wrestling, and Moving Dead Bodies. Thats a lot of workout.
