@Ailen Gilean I agree with his analysis about the manufacturing of consent..that has been happening for years and is still happening with even greater intensity today. It's been bipartisan. In that both parties have been a played their part in their supporting the Bureaucratic State. The BS are behind the MOC, also referred to as propaganda. And also exposed by many significant authors before Chmosky. Chomsky was never been the darling of democrats and as far as I can't tell his finger pointing MOC did not exclude them, then or now. Yet he us perceived as a leftist by many. My only point is it seems lately he gas turned his attention to being anti Republican. I just pointing out that it's my opinion that propaganda and the machine are more controlled by the Democrats.

Fully exposed in the pages of Michael Rowbotham's book THE GRIP OF DEATH - A study of modern money, debt slavery and destructive economics. The alternative (democratic as opposed to the existing Nazi/Zionist/Pentagon/UK/EU bankers mafia system, which rewards landowners by inflating house prices in order to keep borrowers paying mortgage interest as the main means of raising the value of estates, when 40% is paid as death duties to a parasitical Royal Family in UK, whose Secret Agents covertly control its so-called democratic parliament serving the so-called sovereign rights of its citizens to make their own laws. That right was betrayed by the Queen who was willing to hand over her citizens democratic right to choose their own government to the fascist bankers which control the so-called European Economic Union, which was a conspiracy between every MP in parliament (apart from Tony Benn, but including Jeremy Corbyn) to sell the freedom (sovereignty) of their voters to EU fascists and their money-lenders. That set-up was furthermore simply a means of forcing cheap labour from Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria etc. (whose currency lost its value in relation to the euro and £pound) to emigrate across open borders within a growing fascist Federal States of Europe, to sell their labour while paying higher rents to British landlords, all members of the fascist supporting muddle-class.
As George Orwell pointed out: "It is futile to be 'anti-Fascist' while attempting to preserve capitalism. Fascism after all is only a development of capitalism, and the mildest democracy, so-called, is liable to turn into fascism." Underlying the whole muddle-class mafia econonomic system, which serves landlords and enslaves the rent-paying labour class, while deflating the real value of their wages in order to maintain their hold over both the rent-laying and mortgage debt ridden muddle-class (addicted to a restaurant life-style through an unfair £coupon reward system called "pay differentials" as a means of hypnotising them into supporting the asset-stripping of all the common owned land and public services in UK since the evil reign of Margeret Thatcher, who destroyed the threat of a more balanced economy and its underlying socialist principles.
The parasitical muddle-class who invest their surplus savings (by means of the unjust wage differential class system) have been easily duped into supporting the fascist neo-liberal laissez-faire global free market, which now places the whole of society now facing an inevitable bursting of the Federal Reserve's bubble, filled with hot air, and censored by the CIA UK and Zionist Secret Services, where all power comes out of the barrel of a gun (as Moe Tse Dung once pointed out).
Unless the alternative economic system proposed by Major C. H. Douglas, the founder of the Social Crdit movemtn in the 1920's is turned to, then a complete breakdown of our debt creating coupon value system will not be avoidable for much longer. A Universal Basic Income for all world citizens, sufficient to cover the basic needs every global citizen over the age of 21 is the alternative to the economic fascism controlled by the Crown Treasury, which taxes all earnings, and taxes how those wages are spent, and then steals half of the remainder as death duties. If this is not fascism or forced labour, then I've become either crazy or brainwashed!
The chapter in THE GRIP OF DEATH by Michael Rowbotham, entitled LINCOLN AND DOUGLAS: THE SUPPRESSED ALTERNATIVE is highly recommended to anybody who wishes to understand how the Zionist fascist regime has taken control of the dystopean nightmare of a neo-liberal free-market economic system, which was once described as "possessive individualism" by a sociologist. There are two alternatives to the American nightmare dream that allows clever bastards to exploit less well educated citizens; who they make sure are never educated or literate enough to understand how they have been trapped as wage-slaves paying higher rent every time they achieve a higher wage. This rat race is an absolute disgrace which throws a light on how the rich have controlled television as a means of mesmerising a brainwashed population.
The muddle-class will, of course, always vote for their assumed privileges, in order to maintain their fantasy of achieving an honourable social status by employing less clever or educated people in order to exploit their labour. They are even proud to say they have offered employment to people who would otherwise starve; but that's only because they would not support the idea of a Universal Basic Income so that everybody may choose the sort of creative work that brings joy to their soul, rather than growing up and accepting the muddle-class wage-slave system!
When will the rise up against the idea that people who have achieved a better education should be paid far more than those who have never had the same educations opportunities? All I can say is that I am a self-educated person who decided to never pay tax to a gun-running warmongering fascist monarch, or support all her corrupt politicians pretending to be socialists in the Palace of Westminster. One only needs to see how Neil Kinnock and his family betrayed those who voted for a balance between greedy capitalism and an unselfish socialist system of common ownership of our essential public services, which should include the production of food, of course!
      The End.

      Casino economy

    • @kalkiavatar100
      @kalkiavatar100 2 года назад

@Ailen Gilean Should the tax - collected by governments from wages paid by business folk according to the social status of their employers who may have no inherited means of supporting themselves in society governed by coupons of not intrinsic value than forcing them to sell their minds and bodies to clever employers who do not share the profits created by their workers harder work equally between themselves and those they employ - no longer be used to pay for the means to wage warfare for the sole purpose of obtaining control over whatever valuable natural resources they may remove from those territories, or whatever profits their chosen business friends may make through employing cheaper labour in those countries, and throwing their own citizens out of work and often into the clutches of criminals drug dealers or pimps of one sort or another, then I would no longer decide that it was immoral to pay any tax to support warmongering regimes in any way whatsoever. Now you may call me a "revolutionary parasite" or a tax avoiding individual who should "go elsewhere" (whatever you mean by that remark for every country is run by a parasitical elite, for their own egotistic self-aggrandizement or social status, seeking power over those who they consider as beneath contempt: as you have "decided" while imagining your income tax, VAT, and other tax collected from those whose work provides you with something to wear, drink, or eat, that then raises the price of those products beyond a reasonable amount they may otherwise charge for their own efforts) or to buy luxury items such as expensive yachts in competition with other narcissistic and vain people or parasitical aristocrats who treasure gold plated toilet seats, and the most expensive yacht in the harbour... while my decisions are based on my moral duty to do nothing that may harm another person, just because they live in a country rules over by a different social creed, culture or economic system; whether "possessive individualism' supported by a minority of landowners and upper-class or muddleclass rent collectors, in favour of infinite social freedom of movement and activities without provide any social justice (known as psuedo-democratic free-market INDIVIDUAL CAPITALISM; or a country ruled over by governments in favour of creating more social justice but very little social or individual freedom of choice by its citizens, known as STATE CAPITALISM. However, my decision to avoid paying income tax completely is based on having a moral conscience, educated by some years spent as a soldier acting to prevent people seeking self-determination within a British Empire founded of fascist ideals supporting a false distinction between social classes where an elite have stolen and controlled common land and demanded payment for its use by others who have not inherited any land to freely live out their lives in their own way, without being policed by tax collectors seeking to make a profit from their hard work in any way that they have allowed themselves through the creation of self-serving laws and regulations. My experience in the Army proved to me that our rulers have no moral scruples whatsoever and have all committed crimes against humanity by invading other people's countries with deceitful delusion of granduer regarding their own social system, no matter how unjust, unfair and shallow their own social culture may be. As it happens you should examine the amount of financial assets held by our aristocrats and corporate business owners, which is hidden in Swirtzerland's secret bank accounts and off-shore tax avoiding accounts; and compare that with whatever income tax you imagine I have been able to avoid in whatever way open to me, quite legally as it happens or else the mafia tax-collectors would have their bullies trying to evict me from my property and make me homeless, a long time ago. As it happens, I know businessmen who have raised mortgages on more expensive properties when informed that the will be made redundant, thus claiming payment of massive amounts of interest on their mortages debts when being made unemployed and then having to claim State Welfare benefits. As for the recent payments to business owners to retain their current life-styles and pay cut wages to their work force, the amount of tax given to rich employers is a sign of its loyalty to people who imagine that borrowing from a bank to create a business is somehow morally superior to working to earn whatever they think their body needs to maintain a healthy functioning life. You can drink as much wine as you like and eat as many steaks as you like, but your body will not be as healthy as mine, which even avoids the use of tea and coffee, which is produced by those paid a pittance and sold by those making a fortune just to move leafs or beans from where they grow to supermarkets which have destroyed the life once enjoyed during the 1950s when swimming pools were owned in common, along with museums and art galleries, almost free to anybody to enjoy themselves without having their pockets picked by neo-liberal empty headed nit-picking complacent tax-payers, like yourself. Carry on dreaming that paying tax hurts nobody on the receiving end of a rifle or rocket paid for by the tax levied on you by a government with its army threatening people's lives elsewhere, while you feel content to judge my social conscience as inferior to your own! Have a nice day looking in the mirror and feeling proud of paying tax while its used to murder people with the excuse that your country is defending itself against terrorists, who no army can possibly defeat for as long as there is no economic equality between all nations, and no support offered to countries unable to pay enormous rates of interest on so-called foreign aid, which is how their people are left to starve while our countries hoard surplus food in mountain caves to keep its market price high instead of offering work to our unemployed to drive vehicles laden with that surplus food to where it can feed starving millions. So kindly don't waste your time preaching any hypocritical moral scruples of mine, when I have fulfilled a duty to provide for my wife and children while causing to harm to people being forces to become refugees because of American and British support for racists in Israel who fear and hate their Semetic blood-brother arabs whose land they have stolen by force, while another tyrant in Syria is protected by Russia simply because Putin fears his own people rising up and demanding a fairer share of his countries wealth, as well. As long as people continue to pay tax, the power of tyrants will continue, and only in Cuba does there seem to be a more sensible government trying to balance the greed of the muddle-class with the needs of the exploited labouring class, and provide free education to help people serve their society in ways that appeal to them, as individuals. Musicians are respected without turning them into narcisstistic pop stars. Have a nice day! Go and watch Luc Goddards films as my generation did in the 60's to educate themselves, one way or another, and social constructs created by bankers and politicians to enslave others. Enjoy yourself!

Similar to most people's assessment of the climate crisis I have serious doubts that even reductions by mid-century will make any difference. The glaciers are already melting, effecting not just de-salinization of the ocean, but also reducing the sunlights reflection from their surfaces, creating further reactions with the ocean's global conveyer system that also regulates temperature. Antartica will eventually, once again, become a rain forest. Whether humans survive the massive changes or not, it's not hard to imagine that human life will be forever changed.

@@kevinwells9052 you have to understand this kind of power grab, this kind of power game has been extant in western civilization for hundreds of years, back to the middle ages, long before slaves were kidnapped in Africa and sold in America. There is a specific history of the nature and growth of power in western civilization. It starts with the middle ages in Europe and goes to the end of World War Two. It is the same thing over and over. Black people, white people, French, German, Belgian, Spanish, Italian. They did the same thing with the Irish. The problem is much larger and it has been much more extensive than you are aware. You seem to think the abuse of power begins and is concentrated only with Black people in ghettos in America. The truth is far far different from that. Nobody is minimizing anything. If you want to maximize it then do so. You are the one who is minimizing something. You are taking a very much larger problem and trying to minimize it to black ghettos. That just is not the case. The problem is much more widespread than that. It is that, yes, and to a disproportionate degree for the overall population. There is a book. Title, on power its nature and growth. The author is Bertrand de jouvenal. You can start there.

@JR We did "cultivate" Afghanistan's resources, quite literally, from massive increase in drug production (the CIA has been in the drug running business since the 1940s) to efforts to build a pipeline and mine the resources. Problem is, we couldn't control the country because the gvt we backed was so corrupt that the Taliban was the better option. Do you really think the Russians killed 30,000 civilians a month?? LOL, you are woefully misinformed. Source? Evidence? Afghan was a money pit for the defense industry and Pentagon, and private security forces/mercenaries. That was reason enough to stay there for a long as possible, in addition to encircling Russia and China. As for what you say about Chomsky, you don't seem to have an understanding of what evidence is, and that he is the most esteemed critic of US foreign policy on earth, and has been likely longer than you've been alive. You can't just magically "sell books" without actually having evidence to back up your claims, find a publisher, etc. Lol, hilarious. The burden is on you to refute his dozens f books with evidence showing he's full if it. Good luck with that.

Usury is charging excessive interest on loans. I made no mention of that but there is a reason why usuria is a Latin word. Usury only became illegal for Romans well after Rome itself fell and morphed into Christendom. Byzantium or Eastern Rome never outlawed the practice. Both Eastern Rome and Western Rome as well as ancient Rome charged excise taxes on luxury goods and taxes on the wealthy but not on the poor or even shop owners.

I have a hard time believing that going to Iraq was about oil. That may have been the third motive but not the first 2.
I say that because whatever "discount" the US was hoping to achieve by controlling Iraq oil fields will never be recovered due to the cost of the conflict.
First and foremost I think it was about a geopolitical footprint - establishing a permanent presence.
The "war was based on oil" mantra makes even less sense if you realize that the USA is sitting on so much natural gas that they have enough fuel to power every car in their country for 200 years. I realize natural gas isn't oil, but it is a viable energy source .

Spot on except for the environmental aspects. If one does some proper research on renewable energy you will discover that wind farms, solar, bio-fuels, etc. are not either sustainable or renewable, but rather add more toxicity and destruction to the world's ecosystems on top of those already going on. The problem is industrial scale global economic capitalism and the aversion to admitting that we have to hugely reduce our consumption. Also, it's become apparent that we have already past the tipping point - if we magically stopped all of our emissions of CO2 and other green house gases today, we cannot stop the cascading increase of global warming and climate disruption. We humans may survive but the future is going to be grim indeed. Being in denial won't help. Read Green Illusions bay Ozzie Zehner and Bright Green Lies co-authored by Derrick Jenson. Another important book is titled The End of Ice.
