Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

thx, because my sister commited suicide at the age of 13, so im not sure I can take my life. I also have cancer so my fatality rate is high. I hope I make it through this and thx for being proud of me.

This really works. I get into the zone, I feel like I'm completely alone in the world, as if I'm doing my work up in space. It is so calming. Alsoooo, if you are reading this, take a deep breath. Inhale deeply, exhale deeply. Close your eyes and visualise yourself finishing your work, getting the grades you desire, getting to summer and not being worried, visualise what you want, visualise relaxation and hope. It will be okay, you will pass, you have been putting work in, the fact that you chose to listen to this shows you care enough to take the first step to concentrate. You can do it. Say "I can do it." Don't be so hard on yourself, we all hustle, and we all want to be successful, but only those who work hard will get there. It is up to you to see in what end you will be, it is all up to you, and it will always be your choice.

Those who are stressed about tests or work, don't worry you will make it through to the end even if you find it hard to find hope, you just need to dig deeper to find it, and it's another obsticle for you to overcome. Although none of us can see the future, and that's what's scary, you can imagine it. Everyone is scared, and nervous you just need to be the brave one and say you can do it. I'm just about to take an exam, but after reading a few comments I thought I would just say, look.. we are all human. It's okay to feel how you feel right now, whether you are sad, happy, in between, it is okay. As everything in life, it will pass. Time moves on and stops for nobody. So pick your head up, smile and know you are loved. I am turning 27 in April and in November of 2021 I found out I had to have my entire colon removed. I had an ileostomy bag for 3 months, I lost all my weight (I'm a gym rat) went from 170 lbs to 112. I remember seeing my parents stay so strong for me trying not to cry in front of me. I was tested far more than I ever had been in life. If you know me, you'd know I'm always smiling and happy, I'm the goofy friend.. I guess I just kept that same energy even in my darkest times, accepted what the situation was and powered thru. Never once asked why me or felt sorry, I just knew I was going to get better and I did. Doctors said in 1-2 years I would have colon cancer and by the time I turn 40 I will die. We caught it just in time. Last February I got my bag removed, in April I was cleared to workout, I got back to 170lbs and I am the happiest I've ever been. I appreciate life a lot more.. I saw things a lot of people shouldn't have to when I was in that hospital, especially the kids in pain. Getting choked up just typing that.There are some days where even I get downed, sad or overwhelmed and so I just wanted to say, again.. that it is okay. We all feel a certain type of way but at the end of the day just keep on moving forward. Have a goal, have a dream, something you wanna accomplish, something you're passionate about and stop at nothing until you get there. Have an amazing day. ❤

@@gag8179 it is not true to say God is always on everyone's side. He promises trials, tribulations, struggles, you name it. Yet somehow at the end of it he makes it clear to us that we cannot often see the light till we are in a dark room. Jesus said to pick up our cross and follow him. He also says that he will give his people who are heavy laden, rest. It's not a contradiction. It's a paradox, beautifully designed with an end in ultimate hope forever :)

Welp I'm suffering from depression, my mom died from a heart attack 4 days ago, both my siblings died at a very you age due to medical reasons, my dad left me when I was 9, I been arrested several times for theft, fighting and vandalism, I have no other family to go to so I stay with my old neighbors that hate me, were poor and on top of that next year I have to move out since I will be no longer a kid so I'll end up homeless and problay kill myself in the coming year. Everything's fine.

I'm was in the middle of filing my taxes and moving/packing, and some guy was shouting out in the streets for over an hour (I think he was trying to motivate people but it sounded like he was angry). I put on headphones and used this to drown out the noise and it worked! Thank you for lowering my stress so I could focus on my taxes lol. Taxes filed ✓
