I remember her win at the 2018 Boston. Many of the loud mouths (like Sage Canaday) QUIT the race! Not only did she prove she was one tough cookie, she proved how soft a lot runners are, especially when the weather gets bad or they know they won't win or PB. Her raw talent and hardness will be a force to be reckoned with in the ultra trail world.

Me and my daughter (both running fans) walked right past Des in Chamonix and we were both star stuck :)

She wants to do UTMB but I want to see her do some of the older ultras like Comrades, JFK, and Western States. Not only do they have a longer history in our sport but her road skills could really challenge the runners there.

Ah. Thanks. I knew the term Formula 1. That's what they do in Monaco, I wasn't making the connection in my brain and thought it was a running thing.
