@PoisabloomASMR thanks, Kat! I live in Minnesota, in the far north of the US (barring Alaska, of course). Our winters can last 6 months and we're pretty much always guaranteed snow. We have less than 6 inches currently, but that's fine by me! It's easier to drive around to all the family holiday parties when the roads are clear. I hope you get some snow!

@@PoisabloomASMR spring can last anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month, but it's usually sadly very short. Summer is 3-4 months, and then autumn's usually at least a month, though if it comes early and winter tarries, it can last 3 months. The weather was more evenly distributed between the 4 seasons when I was young, but climate change has shifted things quite a bit. Do you have all 4 seasons in Belgium?

Our summers have become hotter over the years, but spring and autumn feel like the same season (wet and chilly) only with a different color scheme. 🙂 I remember, as a child, building a snowman and throwing ridiculously small snowballs at my brother (his were the size of a baseball, he threw hard). If there's any snow nowadays in Belgium, it mainly falls in The Ardennes, which is the most densely forested, hilly and rocky region of the country, extending into France and Germany. Perfect for nature lovers. I wish we visited more often. It's on the to-do list.🙂
