Congratulations on the automatic harvester, it indeed saves a lot of time. :D Judging from the studies menu, you still have a few tower types to find (and the associated research). In particular, a freezer seems like it would be quite useful at this point. ;)
@spanj when adding to your airship before adding to the base area you need to think about adding 2nd and 3rd ballon bags. They limit how heavy your base and equipment can be. Ah you figured it out and yes they need a tutorial on how to add blimp pieces.
Picking up something new can save a scan charge. The pet can supply O2 indefinitely with no cooldown. A trick/cheat to save time (and possible obstacles) can be to use Unstuck option, teleports you to the cockpit (or elevator). I drop glass bottles (even with water) first since easy and cheap to make and often found. Stuff will not de-spawn as long as return without moving to far away.
You didn't need to cheese the "unstuck" button, you can use either the boarding ramp, or take a ladder room from your existing rooms: Look down and wiggle it until you get a blue room, place that, and you have second level.

That game has came a long ways since you earlier playthrough. I've got this one one the list to give a try this winter.

Add 2 of the auto extractors to the front of the ship and 2 to the back of the ship you'll never run out of resources. Lol
