Thanks for the ride, Geezer. Yup, it all looks familiar. I've been there once (four years ago), but visited via the Geezer mobile quite a few more times. Still hoping to move down there before the first front. Love to Blanca, I hope the medicine continues to help her.
Compared to Ft Davis, Alpine is a booming metropolis! Hope Blanca feels better soon. I’m a vet tech, most allergy meds we use for dogs you can get otc - thinking it might save you a trip into Alpine. Coughing is a rare symptom with allergies, but I have seen it a time or two. I worked in allergy and dermatology so I’m happy to help if you have any questions. Thanks for taking us along!
Yup Alpine always felt like the big city in the area I guess the university gives it that feeling to me. Have driven that stretch of 90 many times and for me the stoplight at 90 and 118 is ground zero since I could always remember straight to Marfa, right to FD, and left to BB. 🚗 Hope Blanca is feeling more perky 🙂
What a pleasant surprise to see actual neighborhoods with standard sized houses on small lots. That is a sure indicator of community, a place where people interact on a daily basis. The first part of this video looked nothing like a desirable destination for a visit. But that first impression was not the center of town. By the time we got to 5th Street it looked just fine.
Morning to ya Geezer!! So sorry to hear Blanca’s still got that cough 😟 hope it clears up soon….. yeah I love living in a small town too. Closest big town to me is Geelong, a half hour away, and every time I go in I can’t wait to get home 😅 there’s nothing at all in my town, not even a corner store! I do groceries etc at a small town near me called Bannockburn, it’s only a 10 minute drive. Hope you made it to the park!! 🤣
Thanks Anita! That video was from last week. Blanca is much better now. Appreciate your concern. I've always lived in small towns and I sure intend to keep it up.
Hi Calvin! I know what you mean. Our town is 900 population. We live ,7 miles from it. No traffic in our area. Hope Blanca gets over her allergies. Always best to get gas as often as you can. It's a going up. Nice driving video!
@@rvlivingwiththegeezer7791 , Having a good day. Busy at work, but it's all good. I've always lived by small towns. It's been forty years since I've actually lived in a town. I count my blessings daily. I value your friendship. You're a good guy Calvin.
Small towns are the best towns. Gas prices are going to make any small town seem big. Good ride and talk amigo! Poor Blanca.
Thanks Buddy! She's doing better! Hope you're doing well, I know it's hot down there.
5.50 here in Honolulu and lots of people! The peace and quiet you have is paradise. Have a great day!🙏✌

Thanks Lisa. I sure appreciate your help. She's doing much better just slowing down a lot with age.
Happens to all of us fortunate to live long enough! Any time you have a vet question and can’t get ahold of them, I’m happy to try and help. ☺️
@@LisaRichter92 I appreciate that so much Lisa! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Blanca says thanks too!❤️
I love small towns
Me too Stelly. I've never lived in a large one.

Only a 4 way stop Nat. No red green stoplights within 65 miles.🤣
