Thank you so much for an awesome video. I hate I missed the live. I loved your input of a business on 4x4 hoop. Just did my first logo on polo shirt. I paid someone to digitize it for me. What are your suggestion on going forward. Should I invest in a software for my new business or just continue paying for someone to do it for me for now?

That depends upon if you are able to invest in a business grade digitizing software which can set you back 1k. It also takes time to learn to properly digitize. If you don't get a lot of custom requests, then paying someone may be best.
