I have the SE625 machine by Brother which does both regular sewing as well as embroidery and I love it and I have done embroidery for Christmas presents for family and they came out great.
I bought my PE800 because of your videos. I liked the features and the hoop size and something just told me I'd be happy with this one. I'm coming from the SE400. I love this machine. Thanks for introducing me to it.

Hi watching from Maine. I have the Brother PE900. The Brother black #900 thread was rats nesting a lot in the machine so I bought Isacord and it works fine. The Isacord came in a large spool that didnt fit the machine so I just sit it in front of machine on the table...that works fine too. Saved time too.
At the bottom right of your workspace, the size of the hoop you chose to work with is noted. double click on the hoop size and it will flip on your workspace. If you were viewing the hoop vertically, it should now be horizontal.
How are you Jen. I have embrilliance essentials but the project I am doing I need to flip my design not rotating. Just wondering if you have an experience that. Thanks so much from Sydney!
I had the PE Basic version 1.7 by Brother and it got outdated so now I have bought Embrillance Thumbnailer can I use my thousands of desighs that I have from my other software program.
I have Embrilliance Essentials and love using it. My problem is that I can't find my Properties or Objects on the right side of the screen. I don't know if I deleted it by mistake or what happened to it. Can you tell me how to bring it back on my screen?
Embrilliance has quite a few different software products to choose from at different prices with different features. Really look over the website, as it can be a bit confusing if you're not familiar with what each version comes with. Express Mode is the free version. Essentials is what I have - that one is regularly priced at $149.95. embrilliance.com/start/selectionguide
Sometimes when I download designs, especially from Etsy, my files wont open because I have "file viewer"-? and get advertisements to purchase another format to open design. I have Windows. Any suggestions??

Bernina V9 is very good if you want digitize. I also us Embrilliance is good basic to start with if you want to do a towel etc
