That is so true!! Not all title companies are familiar with assignments they are not ilegal at all, they're just different.

Thank you for this wealth of knowledge!! Quick and Dirty question.. I have a Broker who will not allow me to do traditional real estate deals.. Can I still legally do wholesale deals? Or do I have to farm those out or JV them to other Wholesalers and Realtors.. to stay compliant with my broker??

Jamil thank you so so much for this video!!! This helps so much. I'm kinda nervous though...I am trying to do a first deal and everyone has made it sound like I take the deal to a title co that works with wholesalers and everything gets done there...but you just mentioned in CA (I'm in Northern CA), we need both ..a title co and an escrow co. Would you please help me understand this more? What do I do and how do I take a deal from one place to another? Also could I contact Constantclose and send all my deals there and would they be able to do everything for me? What do I do? Thank you so much for all your help! Thanks Jamil. What is important to look for when selecting an escrow company, given you deposit your money to them after all? What can you ask to see to be confident that if one does what it must, but they incur in wrongdoing or fraud, you have a recourse to get your money back. Thanks in advance

Hey . question. when looking for a wholesale friendly escrow company/ do they have to be located in the same state that you have contract on. example im in NJ, currently working on getting a contract in PA. does the escrow company have to be located in PA or i can do it with one in jersey?

How do we find the title company that you mentioned?
NC has been difficult to find a closing attorney for this and I know it’s allowed I took the liberty to read real estate law volumes 7-10 🤦🏼♀️😅 and I close contracts weekly but I have people hard time over the assignment fee which has slowed down flipping contracts
