It's better to use a boroleine in night and then while doing brush in the morning the dead skin will come out itself and any bruise due to chapped lips will also fade away!!

vaseline only keeps moisture or dryness, doesnt moisturize, use a good lip balm then once ur lips are moisturized you can use vaseline, also use a soft wash cloth and gently rub your lips to rub off dead skin, not a toothbrush as some bristles can be harsh even if gentle

The only thing this is doing is protecting the thin layer of skin on the lips from the toothpaste while gently exfoliating. Not injecting moisture at all-doesn't really work like that. But it's a good tip nonetheless to protect the skin on your lips from the dental care products.

Actual tip, do not scrub your lips, I used to do that thinking it’s dead skin formed and that caused dark lips, I researched probably and got to know that the skin you’re removing Is actually new one trying so hard to survive 😂. So just apply Vaseline.
