In the video he even states that citizen are doing a similar marketing strategy to Seiko like the grand seiko and King seiko lines...yes a citizen may cost £4,000 however, its not a citizen its THE Citizen...made to a higher grade and standard with a superior solar movement...is it over priced...yes...Will it sell well...no...but my point was just pointing out that its not really a big deal that citizen are making models that cost £4,000 when you compare the difference with a regular modest priced model from them..

I'll bite. Glashütte is pronounced "glas-huette", more or less.
The Citizen watches look nice, but I think it hurts them to call the sub-brand The Citizen. They should have learned from Toyota naming their luxury line different than the parent company, aka. the Lexus brand. Even Seiko would do better if their luxury line wouldn't have Seiko in their name in my opinion, although nowadays they're doing just fine with Grand Seiko and I understand that it has to do with heritage in that case. But The Citizen sub-brand is only around since 1995.
I agree 100%. Calling it The Citizen is just confusing. Majority of people would know or care to learn the difference.

Just got and sized my Timex Moonphase. Terrific looking watch but there's one drawback. The day/date/month dials are very difficult to see for older eyes. I can see them but have to squint! And I have the stainless steel bracelet which I think feels and looks great.
"28-day moon cycle" on the timex 😅 lmao that's no moon cycle, that's a menstrual cycle indicator.

Crikey ! I didnt even notice the sub seconds on the Bulgari until you mentioned it. To my eyes the Grey Union looked even bigger than the blue . Nothing appealing to me this week but I always look forward your videos Oleg.

If you area actually looking for moon phase that is really really fun and not just expensive, you should pick up a Casio MTP-M305L-7AV. You get the moon phase, you can have some fun with people who like Apple watches, and I have never seen a watch with a dial that looks like an Angry mustache face before more than this when it is at the 10 and 10 position. And its cheap enough you don't need to worry too much about it.

44mm is a great size for a chronograph. A vast majority of you reviewers complain about legibility, then want details and design in a smaller package. It makes no sense to me.

Maybe you're right. But at least to me this watch would have been better at 42mm or even 40mm.
Ugh I hate over marketing like "Eagle in flight" or "summer flowers" is the brown one "turd in toilet"? One day Citizen will wise up and come up with a better name for their premium stuff "the Citizen" is just dumb no one wants a $3000 and up Citizen watch.
