    We send twice a week and it does well. We make sure to have a unique discount code one time a month and we retain people pretty well.

      @@Bitbranding we only do a third time if we have an in-store or online sale on a Saturday, kind of sketchy, though

      @@Bitbranding Thought we were talking about SMS - we send out e-mails around 3 times a week and that seems to be just fine - SMS I try not to go over 2 a week - with an occasional 3rd sent out by location (only to locals) on Saturday for in-store events

      @@Brandonhart100 Okay, now I am following, that' a great cadence. I used to suggest 1x per week with SMS, but 2 has the same or similar amount of sales and unsubscribes are not happening. Congrats on your success! - Aaron
