Scrap-n-Repair: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135 Leaked Ink, Disassembly and Cleaning

- Found this printer from de-trash. Tested with printout problem where ink is scattered on the paper edges. Upon disassembly, I found that the ink is scattered all over the internal parts of the printer. This could be due to the ink cartridge leaking or the printer being moved sideway / Upside down.
The unit was stripped, cleaned, and reassembled.
you're life saver, this video is literrally the only video that shows this process in whole internet, thaks, thses printershave this issue, are cheap and do'nt not have a proper extraxtion , the old ink is stored inside the same printer and that is a MESS!

The printer shows no sign of life . I wonder is it possible that the adapter died because I forgot to remove it before wash. It only faced a little spark of water!!!
09:07 . my printer is not rotating like this. if i rotate the gear , then the 3 pin like black thing is not moving... could you please show the close up video of you connecting the Black part to the second part having gear system on it. I cannot see that , since you put that clip thing to that gap and is doing something

Bro I do the same but after assembling everything ink carriage is not moving and paper gear set continuously rolling and not taking paper in it
Please rechexk again especially the paper feeder switch connected at the bottom.
same issue. i can hear clitch clitch sound from gear system. Paper rolling is not happening
12:05 do you know what that little black thing on the white board is called?and is it suppose to have a little tore?i feel like my printer is printing with striky pattern because of that black thing that have incision

at 6:35 where does the liver connect to ?
there is one pin protecting outside, he puts the liver to that pin. lever has a hole
My printer simply died after doing this.
I cleared the ink from my hp 1112 inkjet printer and it was working fine before. The printer head for booting moves from left to right and comes in middle, but after refitting the parts it moves fast like crazy. Please help me with this issue Sir 🙏

@@sowmyab.v2859 recheck you must assembled the unit incorrectly. Try to reseat all tge cables and check all sensor/switches

You can try to disassemble the top cover(scanner). then use cotton buds to clean it manually.
