Really? Does it make a very big difference in terms of balance? Does it affect the sound?

@@Nissa-Nissa Kind of, your left hand will want to turn outwards from you, so it's something to watch out for. That being said, it is definitely more stable in the hands.
In terms of sound though, I'm unsure. Boehm said it was acoustically superior. It's the first Altus I've owned so it just sounds great.
