You should put bush in one lane and all other troops in other lane.
Bushes' strongest strength is that you can not get a positive elixar trade with spells against it, and there is no way to break even defending it. Unless you put all your troops in the same lane and try to give the opponent a positive spell elixar trade😂
zap on the bush right when it crosses the bridge removes the bush, and cannoneer to fully counter to break even. Even then, the amount you have to commit to just prevent damage is wild
I've been countered by it a lot by people playing the log when it reaches the tower
Bush can be relatively easily defended with knight, with positive elixir trade, if enemy has a knight then you need to worry with what will your stop knight counter pushing

Forcing a card is a great deal alone, that knight that could be used to tank now has been place where you wanted
Its like saying rocketing a pump is a positive elixir trade since rocket costs 6 and pump gives you 1 elixir back when destroyed
You can defend it for an equal trade with every 2 elixir spell (that’s what the nerf did, it means if the bush is killed at the bridge it won’t get any hits)
Suspicous bush is 1 in 2:
- Overpowered
- Super weak
Perfectly balanced

The thing I don’t like about this deck is actually the lack of synergy with the bush. Splash damage will target the recruits and potentially break open the bush leaving the 2 slow goblins to die
the bush is actually amazing like you can always get a positive trade from it even if it was destroyed or you can bait troops or spells with it and if your opponent didn't respond they'll be punished heavily, should always force your opponent for using cards that they probably didn't want to use
Yeah, because it stops annoying decks where they spam hog rider etc. and forces them to use a cards and actually use strat! Plus, I don't think the nerf is bad, it actually fine because regardless, they will be forced to waste a card. Not to mention that combine this with miner, and you basically cannot counter them.

one card countering a card doesnt make it balanced
ok now put the bush in a log bait deck (with either skeleton barrel, goblin barrel, wallbreakers, etc) and see how effective your single neutral trade counter really is

I've been testing decks without spells and got a opponent with the sush bush. It's impossible to defend with a positive or neutral elixir trade without spells because it will always get the first hit and your troops are going to need some time to react. I'm surprised because you can counter any other bait card with troops
Problem is... You can't get a positive trade on the solo bush. period.

You can counter it with a troop. You just have to place the troop right in front of tower right before it pops. I defended it with knight multiple times

A center placed goblin drill will either always spawn goblins on the left or right depending on if you are true red or true blue

the bush is still very nice with alot of fast cycle decks i tried it with log bait miner wallbreaker etc and its 🔥

Of course they're going to nerf it right before it even comes out because its a rare card, if it was a legendary, champion or evolution, they wouldve never been this fast. Cant be more true than that.
I think recruits and bridge spam are the worst decks for the card since those decks focus on aggressive attacks on both sides making easier to the opponent to break the bush with splash damage, i think the best way to play it is in bait and always at the bridge and unsupported, to make some pressure and force the opponent to break it with a spell like the log or zap
I think it has a potential in a more passive playstyle
I wonder how good it would be to place it in the back and maybe do split lane things with it, or just put a lot of pressure on your opponent to use spells which you might be able to capitalize on? Its pretty slow so if they do nothing you can probably get 1-2 down in each lane to just screw them over completely or you can maybe use it with something like lavahound to make it so they dont have a spell for the pups and you obviously have lavahound tanking for them
1:50 shouldve used the bush before that. tesla stays down, bush is near the tower, tower targets recruits. hate how noone is creative with new cards...
I think this is a great change, WB get countered by all spells too but do less damage if left alone. I think this perfectly balanced the card, and will make it better in bait too as the opponent is more likely to wanna spell it!
Barbarian barrel fully counters the bush, and it's not a negative elixir trade
I think if an enemy troop makes contact with the bush while it’s invisible it should start a short countdown for the bush goblins to pop out. Still has the sneak factor but it seems more balanced to me that way
To me, I feel this card has potential in a deck like log bait, but the issue is that this card already has competition with other cards like wall breakers and the decks that it can be played it may not have the space for it, if that makes sense.

Yeah, all the 2 elixer spells counter it, and it's slow enough so if you can't react with a troop or building then that's on you honestly.
well, the nerf is fine because it doesn't really stop it from making it any les powerful, in fact, making it slower just helps it build up more time for an extremely big push with miner + graveyard or any other spell troop card, and even mirrored suspicious bush.
I like cards like these because we get more cheap win conditions to choose from when deck building. Also love the goblin design too, its so cute with the leaves

this feels like of they where to nerf Firecracker, not evo but base Firecracker, both of these cards are just annoying and a buff or nerf is just unneccary.
tbh, i think the bush is not that bad balance wise. we've got way worse things on release, and now more spells can get a neutral trade with it. id just like it to be killed by a fire spirit or something, but otherwise it's very ok.

Bro, trust me just cycle it in the back, it’ll take like 45 seconds to get to the tower and will always get a positive trade, it’s best catching people off guard with bridge pressure, if it’s popped they don’t even get to the tower so do distractions in the other lane so splash and shit like that can’t fuck em up😊

Im so surprised. They literally do this with every card. Release a broken card in a broken state, add a shop offer for whales to buy off rip, and then nerf it immediately so they dont have to worry about balancing their game properly.

the nerf for the bush was very uncalled for, cuz you can counter the bush as same as how you counter the skeleton barrel but you can't use zap, but log, snowball, e wizard, valk and so much more can stop the bush, basically it's balanced, unlike the hog rider being broken and countering him basically takes specific cards to deal with him unlike the bush where it can be countered by a lot of things but still useable
