doing what you can to avoid burnout is real. i'm going through it right now. although our generation (also a millennial) has a lot of weird issues from growing up with the internet, post-9/11 shiz, at least we are aware of the weight of mental health. never forget to count your blessings.

That pan is so scratched! You’re eating Teflon. That’s a problem with rentals is that they always stock with nonstick cookware that get destroyed. I carry my own pan and knives when possible to avoid this. Can’t go wrong with carbon steel!
