Yeah, but not video recorded. Check "markaz muadh" on SoundCloud and he has a plethora of classes, loads on tafseer, aqidah, fiqh etc

What is the ruling on videography since earlier they prohibited it and now they are ok with it??

The videography that is haraam is the one which is for other than educational purposes. As for the videos that are for educational purposes, they are permissible and there is no harm in them.
